What Prime Inc doesn’t realize the higher ups in the office probably never drove a truck in their life some trainers don’t shower and are just plain horrible.. A policy should be in place if they want drivers to team showering is a must.. I won’t team with a pig.. Living in a square box with somebody is not a good thing a lot can happen.. Being in your own truck is the best way to go
So are you guys getting the same cameras that Abc supply has in their trucks currently because honestly it’s a turn off it’s more distracting than it help what I mean by that for it to go off because the driver had to look to the left to look in the mirror or I take my hand off the steering wheel to get my cup to get something to drink. It’s distracting it’ll randomly beep or randomly say something, and catch the driver off guard

@@indo3052 not only did they answer what he didn't ask, but all acted like they didn't know what was meant. It was the poorest "Jedi mind trick" ever. Any reasonable person understands that lease operators are more profitable for Prime. The freight market being as tough as it's been for the duration, even Prime Inc. is trying to stop the bleeding for themselves. They stopped flatbed company operators and now refer, while claiming 3-4 weeks, Yeah right.
Hello. We do not require you to be a team driver. As Jim mentioned, there was a temporary situation for solo company drivers. We do not have any intention on getting rid of solo drivers.
I'm not a driver yet I talked to a couple recruiters and they seem pretty rude I applied twice at the wait until December to reapply my question is why is your guys's recruiters so rude to drivers if they're being nice to them
@@louisrobenson4347 We have intermodal in Harrisburg, Bethlehem, and Morrisville, PA. You would have to live within 30 miles of the rail ramp to be eligible for these lanes.

If you know of a situation where this is happening, you need to reach out to your fleet manager or our training department so they are notified.
