In my opinion, these tiny modular units are even more impressive than the huge, full-room rigs! This is a minimalist's dream. Beautiful music, surreal and otherworldly. Love it.
how beautiful... you have managed to build a humble little gem of the unexpected. No need to show off, no need for cameras, no need for the typical stereotypes... just a beautiful creation.

@@zeeshantar1q Thank you! In this case, I recorded directly into Ableton Live 11 using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 mkII audio interface. Then mastered the audio using Izotope Ozone 10, WavesFactory Equalizer and FabFilter Pro L2 plugins.
@@zeeshantar1q Hi, I use a Canon 5D MKIII DSLR with Canon EF 100mm f2.8 Macro for most of the videos, and in addition, sometimes use 50mm f1.2, and 85mm f1.2 lenses along with it.
Hi, been awhile but I think I remember. Scales OUT A went into v/oct of Rangoon for the main melody. OUT B went into the clock-in of Nautilus. LFO modulation from OCHD, which created most of the movement, was attenuated by 2VCA. I kind of know what I'm doing when I'm patching but sometimes I don't, so I'll simply experiment until I like what I hear. Hope this helps some.
Jasmine & Olive Trees is triggering the Rangoon (Rings) through Scales. Hard to remember but the triangle LFOs from OCHD I think are modulating Brightness, Dampaning, and Structure on Rangoon.
Thanks! I use one, or a combination, of these Canon EF lenses: 100mm f/2.8 Macro IS, 85mm f/1.2 II, and 50mm f/1.2 on an older Canon 5D III DSLR. I probably use the 100mm macro the most.
Sure,, realized I wasn't quite clear in the description. The main sound is coming out of Calsynth Rangoon, which is a clone of Mutable Instruments Rings module. Delay effects are coming from Qu-Bit Nautilus. I added reverb using Valhalla Supermassive plugin after the audio from the modular synth was recorded into Ableton Live.
@@he_nu_ri thanks so much! I've been looking for beautiful blanks for sometime. These will look great along side some Instruō and Neuzeit modules!!! :)
To be honest, I'm not sure what the brand is. Got them on sale from Amazon over a year ago. Might be a mix of Hosa and some other brand. I recently bought some stackables from Modular Addict that I'll start mixing in.

Thanks for sharing.
I love modular synthesis 👍

I'd argue that it's a flex, however I enjoy this flex : )
Wow... That's absolutely beautiful. Such a huge Soundscape from such a tiny case. That supermasssive reverb is sweet as a nut. 👌
Thanks! Yeah, Valhalla Supermassive is a great reverb. It's just been updated, so there are some new modes. Pretty amazing that it's free.
Incredible depth and breadth of dancing vibrations! A Grand Master Musical Alchemist!

Is square wave lfo's triggering the vco's?

how versatile is this? what other scenes can it evoke?

What is the module left of the Nautilus? Is that a blank or something else?
yes, that's a blank from Isntses shop on Etsy.

@@UberOcelot yeah, they're really cool looking blanks. they would look nice next to those modules
Hey. You modified the rack compared to your “little cloud” video. How often do you swap out pieces? I am an absolute newbie to synthworld.
It depends. Sometimes I'll swap things out if I can't get the sound I'm looking for. I'm fairly new to modular synths, so I still have a lot to learn.
Where can i buy one of these?
lots of good info on the mod wiggler and r/modular forums

What case is that?
An ALM 3U 52HP case
Was this purposefully such a Heideggerean title?
No, not a reference to Heidegger. The title is more of a poetic interpretation for clearing ones mind, especially by being out in nature.
