I was at Steven's house years ago (a friend of a friend) and it ended up just being me and him. He asks me if I want to hear a new song he just finished writing. Sure, I said. He grabbed a guitar and played Separate Lives. WOW! Absolutely WOW.
He tried that song out in club shows before it was released. Saw him mid-80's and he dropped Separate Lives on us all that night. I was without speech. He plays his venues like he's with a small group of close friends. ❤️
There were only a few albums back when I was a teenager that I bought strickly on sight, knowing nothing about the Artist and 'CARELESS' was one! What a gem!
