Editing Journey:
Upon the making of Bad Boys 4 dream trailer, there was already an announcement of the real movie coming June 14, 2024. Bad Boys has now become one of my favorite action comedy franchise. One element of Bad Boys films is the Porsche, so I started the trailer showing the iconic car. We usually see Marcus and Mike driving in one car. This time I made them driving each their own car. Since this is trailer 2 I wanted to upgrade the trailer a bit, so I used a.i for the first time in the trailer series with Mike saying “Hey Marcus, you have done a lot in the agency. If you want to retire you have my blessing”.
I got some deleted scenes from BB3 to add fresh scenes. This time we see his Marcus wife talking to Mike saying Marcus is not going to stop (implying based on the story line he’s not going to retire) until Mike finish this. Lines of our duo in the car like “we are dangerous people” you may recognize from BB3 which I simply made fresh using clips from car chase scenes like DRIVE. Then the line “one last time” from BB3 I made the last line and making it fresh using clips from MINDCAGE and GEMINI MAN which perfectly sync with their mouth as if they were actually saying it in the scene.
