This rice called kala jeera in Bangladesh 🇧🇩..and we all used this rice for biriyani,tahri,plan pulao...didi do try jeera rice with this..I wish u will like it..

Gajar ki kheer.... Too good.... You can replace rice with thin sevaiyan.... They turn out too good.... Tc of self my friend n family
I use surti kolam rice on daily basis as its easier to digest. Basmati is for only biryani or some special pulav
