To an extent i agree that bodyshaming is wrong. But also you should have addressed that being overweight or obese is unhealthy and the reason for most of the chronic diseases the world is facing now. So in the name of " bodyshaming " dont you think there is a part where a lot of toxic positivity is being shared as well? People who are fat are unhealthy, we need to accept this and make them change that because I reiterate obesity is the cause of many life threatening diseases.
Are u a doctor?.I don't know but who told you that she is not taking care of her body. She is not at all promoting obesity. There is a term called "body type" Not any doctor also will tell that. She is empowered. Not telling ki just eat whatever you want ,lead any kind of nonsense life And gain weight. I think u need to realise or feel a situation before commenting like that. She is a self made woman, she has her own hard earned money. She obviously has gone to doc A lot of women are trying to reduce their weight Still not working They have their own depression, anxiety Which is also a reason behind gaining weight. So please be kind enough or aware before doing this kind of negative comments. I feel this toxic.
@@saonipatra4110 I am not a doctor. I am an obese woman in 30s fighting depression and anxiety AND trying to lose weight because obesity in turn has given me other health issues which need to be taken care of. I know the full scenario inside out as I am into the process and the problem. So just promoting body positivity dialogue WITHOUT any message of how harmful obesity is, is misguiding the audience as per me.

The conversation is super funny :D The interview revolves around how the guest is body shamed and is not getting the attention and hype she deserves, while the interviewer at 37:40 expresses her distaste for obnoxious, hairy men with paunches, and would anyday prefer chiseled, hot-bod Vicky Kaushal in bare-body over such women. The rules of attraction/choices surprisingly mean-reverses in this case. As such, fat, hairy, men with paunches fail to win over so called fat women. :D Another supremely, funny instance when the guest has passed off one of her partner's inhibition to engage in physical intimacy before marriage as ED. Wondering, how many in the audience know that the interviewer has written a memoir on her life titled "Everything Changes", wherein she has dedicated tons of pages how supremely she felt uncomfortable when her partner used to force / coerce her into such acts. :P :P Irony, has probably died a million deaths during this interview.
You're very well spoken and conducted the interview with elan but can't say the same about your guest. I didn't understand most of the points she was trying to make, she's not at all articulate. Please bring someone who's truly inspiring and from whom audience can learn something
The questions were answered point to point. It is a life's journey and people who follow me surely understands/gets inspired from it. This is an interview where I am just talking about my life. For you to understand and learn you have to understand my life. I am sure if I wasnt articulated enough then neither famous median houses or pubkication or Sreemoyee wouldn't be interested in interviewing me. I guess I have been well articulated my thoughts to you.

But the fact that many still take things as someone else’s problem and not mine is bit disappointing.
All persons must be respected and perfect body doesn't exist so all body types must be accepted. But unhealthy body, dangerous lifestyle shouldn't be accepted and celebrated. It can lead to cardiac arrest, various cancers, diabetes etc. Hence hit the gym loose weight
@ I didn’t say it, I also mentioned that obese people must be accepted and don’t deserve to be bullied. Some have medical conditions so can’t set their weight according to height. But anyhow overweight is dangerous and there’s nothing to celebrate it. I’m explaining health perspective

Great initiative and work, but a sentence can be said in a single language. Not suggesting to stick to one language throughout in the podcast.
Mixing of bangla and english 😅😅

You need to learn how to correctly use the word 'articulate' in sentences 😁 anyway, you do you. I just shared my feedback to the host
