first i would like to thank you for your lectures. i am grateful. i think there is a mistake in the 36 minute of the lecture, homozygous AA will be only 50% and not 75%, and homozygous A? will be 50% and not 25%. if you wrote it about the allele frequencies you were right: the allele frequency of A is 75%, and the allele frequency of ? is 25%
I used OBS to stream (to twitch or UA-cam) and record locally, I use openshot to cut the recordings into 1-hour chunks, but generally don't do anything else to edit them.
The presentation is PowerPoint, which is displayed in reader mode and captured by OBS using "Window Capture". The webcam is then added through OBS as an "Video Capture Source". I have different window captures in the same scene (e.g. the Rgui window and the notepad++ window) which allows me to seamlessly switch between PowerPoint, Rgui, and Notepad++ by simply toggling the corresponding window capture source on/off in OBS. I generally have 1 scene with 4 window captures (PowerPoint, Rgui, Notepad++, FireFox), and 1 video capture for the webcam.
Appreciate thorough explanations

Indeed, you're right, I'll fix the slide for next time I do the lecture. Thanks a LOT

Thanks, this was a good knowledge refresh!
Glad you enjoyed it!
What video editing or recording software do you use?

Tanks a lot.
Is the presentation itself, capturing your face from the webcam, done by Microsoft PowerPoint?
