Emphasising this exacting design philosophy is the Side Camera Mirror System (SCMS) that replaces conventional side view mirrors, with compact cameras that provide live images to two six-inch screens inside the vehicle. The camera technology, a first in the compact segment, brings significant benefits for safety, aerodynamics and packaging.
The Honda e provides the most comprehensive range of driver assistance systems in its class, for ultimate safety when navigating busy streets. Honda’s SENSING enhanced suite of safety features gains three new safety technologies for the Honda e including: Collision Mitigation Throttle Control, which prevents sudden acceleration in either reverse or drive upon starting the car when there is an obstacle in the way; Low Speed Brake Function, which applies emergency braking while driving at low speed; and Lead Car Departure Notification System, which notifies the driver when the car in front has started moving.
Another new feature is Honda Parking Pilot, which provides further driver support by monitoring for parking spaces and highlighting on the HMI screens a suitable position
to begin assisted parking.

5☆ for the look,the style is just amazing! Personaly dont like the charging port placement,the cable will scratch the paint over time,no? A small city car with lots of gagets and maybe a "futur" classic?

Dan I want to thank you for a few Honda e video's lately it's a special car. Mine comes in two weeks. I am one of only a few here in the UK as it has gone up 5000 pounds here alot of money for a city Car and still has the low range. People are looking else where. Such a shame as this car is already a classic.

@Harith Humam it depends on what you need the Ionic will be more efficient. I have my Honda e coming in two weeks coz I desired it the design and features sold me. If you want to smile when you walk up to your car and look behind when you have locked it the the Honda. If you want better efficiency the the Ionic.
Depend on many factors is hard to say....depend how you use it ...for city drive 90% Honda e is perfect
