I have to be completely transparent, I have been following you guys for many, many years. I honestly felt like you were family. So the recent shift in uploads have brought me so much joy. You guys brought me through very rough times. I am so thankful for your continued perseverance through so much turmoil. Regardless of our political views, I have always been so impressed by the way the family has come together. It feels like a lot of healing has happened. I hope for so much more positivity and fun adventures!

I started watching you guys back in 2012 / 2013 I was 11 or 12 back then. You and Colette were my UA-cam parents and both of you taught me a lot about viewing life and it helped me so much growing up. I even lost some weight because I was a chubby lil kid with the help of Shay’s stories about making healthier choices.
I had a tough year back in 2016 and it was sad that I thought I lost you guys too. But I’m 21 now and it feels like my life has gone in a full circle. Because I find myself similar to how I found you guys 10 years ago. I have so many insecurities, so much weight to lose again, and have so much more to learn. I’m so glad that I get to live my life again with your vlogs in it 💖 I’m so incredibly happy you’re back and okay. Thank you for doing this. 💖

I was 12 years old when I first started watching your guys videos. You guys helped me through so much throughout the years. I’m 24 now and I still get excited to watch your videos like I used to back when I was 12. Your family is so admiring and I feel like you guys raised me. I’ve always wanted to be apart of your guys family, but now I dream of having a family like yours one day.

What I love about this channel is the fact it’s nothing like the others. You see genuine happiness especially from all the kids, I see the happiness booming from them all. You can see everyone is just so happy and love their lives. So real and genuine. Loved you guys from day one ☝️ ❤️

I remember when Collette broke her nose playing at the park with the kids and Gavin was crying and you were like moms ok bud or something like that and she said no he’s crying because we have to leave the park! I remember that moment often for whatever reason… so nice that you have these moments in time recorded to go back and visit! ♥️

I'm 65 years old and my bucket list is one day I get to meet all of you. My husband has passed now but he used to come in the room and say, I know you are watching the Shaytards because of the smile you have on your face, and he was right . I never miss your vlogs. The coolest thing about rainbows is you have to realize that they are full circle surrounding the sphere that is earth, we only get a little bit because of angles and perspective, but when you imagine the whole band of light it is pretty cool

That so funny y’all mention the broken nose bc I just watched that video a couple days ago lol, I also watched one the other day where shay was coming home and at the airport and passed by a family meeting someone who was waiting for a missionary to return assumed from Mexico since they were all wearing sombreros and so that’s kind of funny since Gavin’s mission trip is there! It’s always fun when those little things line up. Great vlog though, My face hurts from smiling :)
