Bore tech eliminator. Its my go to now. Works on fouling and copper. Follow the directions on the bottle and it works. Bore safe, non toxic, does not stink. Water based, so once you run dry patches u can use the oil of your choice. Sure its $40, but that will last me over a year and saves me plenty of time.
Solvent- Boretech Eliminator Brushes- IOSSO brand nylon brushes Abrasive- IOSSO and or JB. No need for anything else because they’re all top notch products that have no smell.

I've used that one as well, I will agree it works pretty well.
