What are the fabrics made of? Cuz some of the fabrics (like rayon, silk) do slide off easily. Try these couple options - find a slimmer fitting shirt, gain some muscle/weight, or another trick is to put a rubber band around the area where you are trying to roll it. Hope this helps!
but like what if i just fold it once and don't slide it up like you did with your casual roll since I'm literally wearing a oversized white long sleeve polo shirt and it just looks wierd and wrinkly when i slide it up

Either find a brand that suits with your arms, or you could try get a rubberband or hairband to hold it (like put it under)
