ANGEL 天使行動 Siege sequence from Girls With Guns Classic

A surprise hit upon its original release in 1987, ANGEL inaugurated the girls-with-guns craze in Hong Kong and Taiwanese cinema, which lasted into the early '90s. Moon Lee and Yukari Oshima, who play the main heroine and villainess respectively, starred in many of these later films, and are supported here by Elaine Lui. Everyone loves the final battle between these three, but the sequence mid-film (where Lee, Lui, and male cohort Hideki Saijo) lay siege to Oshima's fortress is an over-the-top gem.
