I really like that you are more than just a “fabricator”. You are not afraid to share life lessons and help others! I believe you are genuine and very kind person. Nice to see you put it out here on this platform!
Thank you Andrew.
Andrew, you have built a culture with your company that allows everyone to take pride in what everyone comes together to create. I for one am absolutely amazed at your products. It’s quite simple, don’t treat people bad, and they will flourish.

"Overnight success takes 15 years!"
The quote ( If you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.) so in order to achieve new or different results, one must be willing to step out of there comfort zone and take new actions. Change and growth often requires trying new approaches or taking risk.
awesome advise and very true it is the number one reason new business fails
Well said. Also the people you employ make you better when treated well.
“You can’t manage what you never measured!”
When people ask me why I don’t want to be self employed, I tell people that I don’t want an a-hole for a boss and an employee that late to work every day.
Partly why I wanted to buy from you. I could tell good values. Good crew, it sounds like you treat employees fairly. Best wishes moving forward. God bless.
Awesome chat. Business is not for everyone, and it takes disciplined person with a vision and a plan to make it happen.
Loved the video, so true.
I had ro learn to charge for my work. I was so worried about the customers who did not have the money to spend that I did not charge what I really needed to.
Great advice I'm thinking of getting into firewood and this really gave me alot to think about thank you Andrew very very helpful.
