    I also have a Phillips brand Air fryer. But have yet to open it to use. Still using my oven. See no difference

      Hainanese or Salted Chicken is similar. Marinate chicken with salt (Method: salt rub or soak in salt brime) 1 hour. I would perfer some chinese herb slices (Dong Kwai) slice the meat with knife and insert in several area . Steam chicken 30-50 min (I use Khind DB600) or foil the chicken ovenate. Individual Serving Cut ( 1 Thigh/ 1 Drumstick / Whole Leg), Quarter Cut, Half or Whole. As perfer you can also glaze some shaoxing wine (optional)
