I'm traveling rainy Istanbul, and I love it. In this video, I visit a very local barbershop, in Taksim, where Turkish barber Saleh gave me a 5 star shave.
Visiting a Turkish barbershop in Turkey? Yeah. This is the perfect day in Istanbul for me!
I hope you get some peaceful relaxation and ASMR out of this classic men's face shave & classic Turkish barbershop experience, with head massage. I bet his haircut scissor skills would be divine.

I go to turkey every year and first thing I do after a Turkish bath is go to the barbershop for a haircut and shave. Excellent value for money and makes you feel amazing great channel and content Jason. Greetings from Scotland

Turkish barbers are very creative and distinguished... I remember suffering from severe dandruff... All the doctors failed to treat it... I tried various medications and shampoos to no avail... I went to a barber in Taksim Square in Istanbul... and he gave me different treatments. ...and then I got rid of the crust... for only 200 Turkish liras...this in 2016

I just finished watching this video at almost 3 in the morning here in Texas. I just had to see it. Mr. Saleh is just amazing. He is one of a kind. I love the fact that you didn't even have to say one word to him: he just went straight to work. Mr. Saleh most definitely knows and loves his craft!!! ❤ He is just so humble and sweet. And the fact he did some threading on your Mom when neither of you even mentioned it? What class. He did a great job on both you and your Mom. In all honesty, I have always had a certain picture of Turkey and especially Istanbul etched into my mind. One, from the old B&W movies of the '30's and '40's. The second picture, well, not as great as the first. But, humanity tends to have skewered views of many things, places, people, food, culture, etc. So, watching this video was a real revelation for me. And I loved it!!! So, to make a long story short ("too late!") I just wanted to say thank you for showing all of us a much more different, more charming side to Istanbul. Oh yeah and I subscribed to your channel. 😊

It wasnt parfume it was kolonya
it's Turkish cologne , it does smell like lemons but is very high in alcohol so mostly used for hygiene purposes
Gotta love the guy who used the brush, towels, spray and just put everything back not sterilized, then proceed to put on his hoodie with the hood up covering his head!!..lastly his clone with less hair comes in and proceeds to sit in same chair waiting patiently. The guy does tho a fantastic job and is super nice
