I'm pretty sure Divide plays all the instruments himself, he doesn't use beat kits or too many samples.
He will export guitar solos here and there but i agree he does alot himself. I love his style tbh
If you want a song where he really switched things up, try his Straw hat track "Grand line" or his cyberpunk edgerunners track. He really switched up his style in those
I agree with your point, but to me that's a strength. Fabvl and Divide are some of the few artists that still make this kind of rock that was much more common in the early 2000s. It's the type of music I can put on under a workout or a gaming session and know for a fact what I'm gonna get and that it's gonna fit regardless. This style to me is like the black T-shirt of music. That said, they do often put out tracks where they change up their style and try something new, so I encourage you to check them out. Cheers.
I feel you so much man. I always put on their music, when working out drawing, even if I just take a walk. Their music is just inspiring and motivating to me personally.
I personally like fabvl and divide music way more than dps music but that's just me
Kinda funny how this guy can't even tell the difference between FABVL's voice and Dizzys voice but can recognise intricate drum patterns and melody's between months of not reacting to divide 🤡
wild that he dogs on people for having a style of music they're good at
What's crazy is, that I feel like Scru missed some of Divide's most versatile songs with the last two drops. Sometimes I feel the same way to an extent, but his Obito and Kakashi songs had an entire different vibe to me. Divide doesn't do the same thing all the time. I've said before, but I feel like being a hard-core hip hop fan first effects the way you hear other music at times.
If you listen to "Heart of Stone" or "You" you'll find a bit of a different sound that you might be looking for in divide's music
Brrrrrr

This 100%
Every genre has its formula. its gotta be within your taste to like the small differences. To a lot of people Im sure all rap sounds similar too.
Pretty sure Divide makes all the beats himself and most of it probably on actual instruments. Also Divide and Fabvl do help each other with production every now and then
I could be wrong but I believe Divide uses actual instruments in his music. I don't believe they are just beats. As for as your opinion goes, I somewhat disagree. Though there are a good number of song that go in the same pattern, Divide definitely has songs that are a different format.
He at least plays the guitar, I think the drums are a beat.
Sometimes scru just be talking out his ass lmao
He literally does when it comes to nerdcore these days it’s a shame because he used to be so tight with the community but after all this beef with Mari he can’t hide his bias with nerdcore anymore because people called him out
I swear scru be wrong about divide and fabvl all the time
It's crazy how much control divide has on his vocals, it improved so much overtime
You should probably listen to some more of his songs. Divide switches things up fairly often. He has his preferred style that he likes to stick to, but I don’t think you can click on any 5 is his songs in a period of time, without one of them being very noticeably different, and he’s trying something new
Cause you are right, the songs that you’ve reacted to specifically are extremely similar. Most likely due to the algorithm since you mentioned them being in your feed. I do like that you’re being honest though, and not just focusing on what you like or severely toning down the criticism to avoid the angry fans
If he don't like him then don't listen to him, you just hold on to the same point over and over... just stop and move on, divide is trying and that's what counts but man if you are tired of nerdcore move to something else,
Do your research as divide does different instruments in his videos he plays amazing guitar, I think he does have drum beats but like you only listen to him now than then, raps seem kinds samie with their verses but that's because there are only so many words in the world
But hey that's my opinion
This is what I’ve been saying for months now you can literally see the bias here and on a lot of his nerdcore reactions these days he pops off on harry mack vids which are all literally identical yet here we have him ragging on people like divide and fabvl for having a signature style… like harry mack lol… I think it’s a combination of hip hop bias (as he has always been more biased to rap) and hating on nerdcore a little I think he just needs to move on now as it’s not even enjoyable to watch as it’s just so obviously biased
At this point, just stop reacting to people who make music you don't like. They're rock artists and you say you're not expecting them to reinvent every time they drop but when they don't, you're negative the entire time. You describe the music they make in the most general terms like 'music drop then loud vocals' and 'drum roll then guitar' and call it samey.. You just don't like this music and that's fine, but to insult Fabvl and Divide like you've been doing recently is just unnecessary
Agreed. There are only so many different ways to do a song. And he does it for his fans who like his style, not for reactors. Its ok not to like something just react to something more palateable then.
With you on this one ngl. I feel like they are changing so much inside the genre, but to switch the genre "everytime" or more than he already is feels just to much.
Also divide actually said he was going back to the 2000 type music with this one
Calm down damn it's not like he is saying he doesn't like the music he is just saying that a lot of their music sounds the same because it does
@@battay5942 it don't sound the same. Maybe I'm just being a rock/metal/metalcore nerd but it definitely doesn't sound the same.
Bro just hatin like you made your point move on and focus on the song and simplifying the way he produces his songs is just disrespectful at least other reactors actually focus on the background and strings not just the guitar and drums while making the same idiotic claim
Hey, I’ve heard you really want to hear a different style from divide, so here are his songs that don’t follow that hard rock feel:
All that’s left
Lights Out
Heart of Stone
Mourn No More ft Sinewave Fox (kind of on the line of WWE music on this one)
Never Enough
You ft Golden EMP
These are all pretty recent too so I hope you actually check one of these out
My guy you try releasing a new song every two weeks or so and try to not sound a little samey, both fabvl and divide have found their lane and are killing it but when they step out that box they still go off
Gotta hear Divide - “Heart of Stone” then
New Fabvl rap "Lost" just dropped not too long ago.
It is fire. Need you on that asap.
This one, at least to me, did not sound like a repeat fabvl song.
To me, it actually felt new while also having that signature fabvl sound.
But I also haven't listened to every single fabvl song so I could be wrong.
Cant speak for the instruments tho, I'm clueless when it comes to that.
Alr, I'm kinda getting tired of hearing about songs sounding the same ngl... If you have a knack for music, you can assume and follow the song easily, that is just how humans work. Which is why I can follow Scru songs so easily. It is partly an artist having a "type", but it is also just having a knack for music.
Meanwhile I just saw on Twitter bro charted in the top hundred for rock lol. Not saying I completely disagree with you but meh, most popular artists sound extraordinarily same-y.
Remember when scru actually appreciated the music and wasnt toxic. Mans got called out by the community and now everyone is ass
If you check the credits of the song in the description, the one who mastered the song is actually Fabvl.
Nah man you have got to listen to more of his music if you think it's predictable and sounds the same
I'm pretty sure Divide uses actual instruments in most of his songs not beat kits he's actually playing the music your hearing
While he has good points, if it ain't broke don't fix it. That's just my opinion.
its cuz divide does his beats on real instrumentals he owns
Bro don't care about Rustage anymore
I can see what ur saying. Although their are a lot of people that like similar music and dont want change. Its just up to the listeners
where are the rustage reactions at thooooo
he’s not reacting to rustage anymore
@@MasterTib oh is there a reason?
@@harrisonparker6229 he said he’s no supporting anyone that makes music with johnald ill send the clip
@@MasterTib i had a feeling that was why, since the last one he reacted to had him in it. Fair enough
@@harrisonparker6229 ua-cam.com/video/UPzmPR1bYvY/v-deo.html 1:08 so basically zach b, dizzyeight, rustage ect aren’t getting reactions anymore which is kinda dumb imo but hey its his channel he can do what he wants ig im probably not gonna watch his shit as much tho i lost some respect for him bc of that shit ngl
To me this sounds like it could be a Linkin park song. It has a very similar sound and sequence
yeah, they do sound really similar a lot of the time, but I still like it a lot, it just sounds good to me, nd i do get it when people find it boring at times, but I personally don't mind it.
beat kits use different instruments so you can have drum 1-4 but because divide is actually playing the instruments himself its always drum 1
Divide produces everything him self plays the instruments the lot and you also just happen to react to his more up lifting songs. Rock has a formula to it just like rap does. it’s where the break downs in the song happen, the delivery of things, it’s all about the feeling of the song which your not getting right now even though you just where on about songs with no feeling to them 😂 you really really just seem like you just hating haha
He is hating he is biased to rap and hip hop he always has been it’s just more evident now as he isn’t even trying to speak to the nerdcore crowd now 🤦🏻
@@koreyclark5677 ya after his newest reaction to dps he ligit just hating like he just goes to thinking character rap not rap with some character things thrown in which is 90% of what people do theses days haha

BRING BACK THE GOATS RUSTAGE AND DIZZY REACTIONSSSSSSSS
Honestly pretty cool to go against the grain saying that about his songs. Though I’ve always kinda thought the same, lot of them do kinda sound the same just different lyrics. Fabvl does too but think he mixes it up more between his songs with wrap and such.
Hey Scru, when are you going to stop your Rustage strike?
Please do fabvl Holy Ghost it’s so good
Gameboy got McChoir on a track and the beat different
I agree but u have definitely missed a lot of songs where your point fails to come through and said songs that u have missed have different instrumentals and melody patterns. That but yes again I do agree with your statement that the sequence has been pretty repetitive. Songs in the long past, divide has made them more unique for each of them I will admit. Either he should use more unique instruments for different sounds or use a different sequence every now and then but recently u just so happen to hit the only ones that sound the same just so coincidentally

I wanted to put this take out there and see what you guys think.
TLDR: I think the characters and general theme is what is generic, not so much Divide himself.
I do agree that his music and Fabvls can seem like they are generic or following a formula but I don’t think it’s because either of them are lazy or uninspired. I think it’s quite the opposite actually. I think the characters they write about have a strong influence on the style of the song as it should. The problem come in when all the characters are kinda the same or they write about the same thing for these characters.
A lot of these characters for these shows kinda follow a similar pattern of having an unrelenting resolve to fight evil and do the right thing no matter what and push through any pain or obstacle to achieve that goal. Characters like Midoriya, Tanjiro, Naruto, a lot of the DBZ cast, Asta and so on. I think when your inspiration fundamentally becomes the same thing you are going to end up with the same product. You could probably swap the songs for most of these characters and they would fit pretty well.
I also think this is proven by some of his best songs being about more complex characters or the more unique traits of those characters. Songs like “Pressure” and “No Way Out” I think our great examples of this. When Divide also writes songs about side characters, I think more of his creativity if you want to call it that comes through because it’s not the same thing over and over again.
In conclusion, I do agree with Scru here but I think it’s from a completely different point of view. I don’t think Divide is uninspired or lacking creativity. I think he just needs some different inspiration from the stuff he has.
The thing is every band has there sound linkin park doesn’t sound like arctic monkey or red hot chilli peppers coz they have there signature sound which in rap it’s there voice in rock it’s the instrumentals that where scru just not getting it I thing but your right thinking about it divides side characters or more complex ones go hard but I love all his stuff coz a lot of it has a pull yourself out the mud up lifting feel and same for fabvl just he has a heavier sorrow almost sound to it
@@uksoloz I agree with you that those bands have their own unique sounds but I think it’s very easy to understand if they wrote about the same life experience or theme for every song especially if you only get one song and not a full album, that it starts to feel generic or that they are repeating themselves. I definitely agree with the whole “pulling yourself up” vibe I think the problem is that there is nothing or very little to show the difference between those characters. Naruto, Tanjiro, Midoriya and Asta all have very similar fundamental principles but very different characteristics and circumstances that shape them.
I think the problem is that he writes a lot about those principles and not so much about how the characters on an individual level interact with it. That’s why it sounds generic because it is the same and it’s why a lot of those songs could be interchanged. But something like “Pressure” or “Break my Body” have nice touches of those individual characteristics both in lyrics and the instrumental making them at least to me much more compelling.
@@flashplayre3 I mean he keeps it ambiguous so it has that stand alone room for sure, making it harder to differentiate between but there’s still connections to the characters so Naruto there’s the believe it line, then Asta the who holds the crown, then in this the concrete jungle line like there still plenty of little things there that separate them still but people would only know that if they know the shows which is hard for scru coz he don’t know nothing out side dragon ball haha my fav by divide has to be “into the dark”for how he masterfully told the whole characters story but you wouldn’t know unless you new mha and to anyone one who didn’t know could take it as just a world view on how things are messed up but ya you can’t do that for every track haha the reason he’s my number one over fabvl is how lose his songs are 😁 the connections there but you got to look to see it and I love that 😁

react to the fabvl Deku rap its fire
Scru still hating on all artists better than him😂 People used to come to your reactions for actual insight; but you've lost it and fallen into just complaining about the smallest of things, straight up hating on
You mean divides kirito song, right
Now listen to fabvl the producer changes the beat and stuff
How old are you
@@m9x668 18 why
There instrumentals not beats when it comes to rock music a fabvl mastered it meaning he played with the volumes or the different instruments and vocals so everything hits just right he might throw in a idea once and a while if divide asked what he thinks it needs but the producer is divide music fabvl mastered this just fyi 🙂
@@uksoloz yes I know but i am saying in fabvl’s music not divide
@@esrom2022 aah right okay fair enough then
The beats are definitely the same for several of Favel's(however you spell it) and Divide's songs . I workout to their songs alot and you can definitely swap the beats on several songs and not tell the difference!
Fabvl. All good bruh
Scru now is BIG mentor BIG Judges BIG artist, give em BIG punch to BIG anime nerdcore artist, i think he feel BIG after got notice from any BIG artist in Billboard's.
My advice, focus on your main BIG channel and bury this "nerdcore" channel.
Unsubscribed here😂
agreed they are starting to sound pretty alike now tbh
I do agree with you, it does sound similar to other music
Your not wrong honestly🤷♂️
I don’t blame for some things to be generic, so many things have already been done now, I’m surprised it took so long for him to get to this point, shows how creative he is that took him until now that it feels like he’s getting repetitive now.
scru attempting the try not to hate on artists better than himself challenge (99% impossible)
but fr its like he aint even reacting. its like hes just watching to nitpick and critique. like criticism is completely okay but this aint criticism no more this is straight up hating. cant even enjoy bros reactions anymore. unsubbed
Scru fell off hard
Bro at this point just stop reacting to nerdcore songs.
Fr in the most recent nerdcore songs he has just been criticizing them. Not reacting to them. More specifically anything other than rap he is just gonna criticize.
Stay in your lane bruh! Cant even enjoy your reactions anymore...
