Trying the original EverQuest for the very first time! What could go wrong?! Part 2!

Today I decided it would be a wonderful idea to try EverQuest for the very first time in the year of our lords, 2025. Surely nothing could go wrong. I'm sure it's aged gracefully, right?!

I feel like playing a server like p99 or Project Akbar would give you a much better feel of how the game is.
Live EQ is a microtransaction hellscape.

oh absolutely! I tried to set up P99 and Quarm, but they were fighting a little bit with OBS. You could feel like 80 layers of cruft added on to this retail build, but the bones at least felt good!
