Even if they are using their own phone to shoot, the video's ownership is with the producer of the movie as per the law. Law says that the artists are employees of the producer, whatever they create in the shooting spot will be come under the ownership of the producer. If a cameraman bring his camera to the shooting spot and shoot, will the cameraman have copyright?

No. nayanthara and vignesh shivan just used the shooting time discussion video which was shooted by their own mobile phone.
