A good question to start with might be, "Shall I kick off or would you like to get the ball rolling?' or "Shall I go first or would you like to start?" The first question is more advanced and shows some control of idiom, as well as making an offer with 'shall', and the notional skill of expressing politeness/courtesy. The second question is very similar but is not idiomatic.

Hi there. We use 'they' when we don't specify a gender for the individual. Here, we don't have information to show that this person is a male or female, so we use 'they' in the singular, gender-neutral form. Hope this helps you!
thank you for this a wonderful lesson but I'm really find your language is totally different with the native speakers i work with them, may be that's depends on the hirachy and educational levels

The question, "Which present do you think is the best?" is not a good way to start part 3 because the whole idea of this part of the test is to first discuss the different alternative options with a view to finally reaching a conclusion about which is the best choice. It is not a good approach to start with what should ideally be your conclusion.

Different. Without doubting means that you do something with no hesitation. Without a doubt means you are sure about something. EG Without a doubt, Messi is the best player in the world. Without doubting, Messi took the penalty kick.
