Impressed that there was no wreck until the end of the race at the finish line.
Jordan spent the whole race on Discord talking about how is power supply was acting weird... and then his system died two laps from the finish.

done this during the afternoon (european time), 2nd split, started 10th, finished 3rd. last time it was 20+ years ago when I ran Daytona with any kind of stock car, so I was pretty nervous. but actually this track is fun, and high heart rate :D

Love the superspeedways but I am starting to wish D-Class ARCA didn't do them. The races I have ran (I am usually between 1.2k and 1.5k IR) usually devolved into wreckfests where the cars end up so separated that no one is racing each other and the fast repair makes it so the drivers that cause wrecks then get to wreck the pack a 2nd or 3rd time. I won a race this morning because I was literally the only person that didn't crash at some point. You could say that seeing a wreck from a mile a way and getting by it is a skill but cruising behind a lap car as the only person on the lead lap/pack doesn't feel very fulfilling. I am not sure it really prepares you for C-Class pack races either since it is probably actually harder to run cleanly than the trucks.
Yeah i hate them just for the fact we dont have the correct nose to push with on the car, but that will be solved when they go to the current arca car
I was in the 11, didn't feel like I was swaying that much but it looks bad from your screen. I went right at halfway cause it's hard to make ground with this package when you can't really push. Fun race tho.

I’ve never done iRacing before and I want to get involved. How do you choose your manufacturer and paint scheme? Me personally would want to race a Toyota. So how would I pick that and a paint scheme?
ARCA only has one manufacturer, but the higher NASCAR classes all have Toyotas.
There's a ton of paint schemes at Trading Paints.
@@jaguarusf but it was showing multiple manufacturers in this video. The Napa car was a Toyota but the rest were chevys from what I recall.
@@Casey757 They are actually all Chevys, but you can overlay any paint scheme you'd like
