I'm severely surprised that the headlamps weren't changed out for new ones. The drivers side is obviously paled. The entire restoration is stellar other than that
I wonder when this show was originally aired... 0:14 that's a Dell D610 from 2005, which my middle school teachers were issued with all the way back then.
Im glad they left it as original as possible as far as appearance. Still looks like a Trans Am- The 17" wheels fit perfectly, any bigger would ruin it. So many people out there take these and transform into something other than a Trans Am. By the time they are done, only 50% of it is original. And yeah, you do have to modernize a few things to keep from getting run over on the highway, and to actually be able to take a road trip without stopping at every other gas station.

You always set toe in slightly to accommodate for road forces. As you roll down the road friction will cause your tires to deflect outward slightly so at least 1 or 2 32nds toe in is best for control at speed. Otherwise your steering wanders/ feels loose at high speeds.
I hope you did something about the left hand front headlights and all the swirls and holograms in the clear coat before you gave the car away. The rest of the build was great.
Beautiful car and decent expensive power. I have been a Pontiac enthusiast since I was 17. I remember when I couldn’t afford those Pontiac E heads and now I can .
