Obviously, they did not have the same experiences, and I do feel like the bullied girl has a very strong mentality. She's very strong for going through everything, and I'm very happy that the popular girl turned out nice, even with the pretty priveleges she had.
I hate that people are acting like jiahn isn’t gorgeous. like im telling y’all if she lost weight everyone would be all oh “OMG SHES SO GORGEOUS NOW WOWW” when she’s alrdy so pretty, her facial features are so pretty and js in general she’s adorable
To be honest people have their own opinions and they shouldn't lie to themselves just for the sake of it. Appearance doesn't show your worth as a person, it's not like if she ain't pretty doesn't mean it's a bad thing. As long as if they don't bully her then it's fine nor say negative things about her. I find her adorable and a really fun personality.

6:28 I’m just learning about pretty privilege (I’m pretty, I guess that’s why? I feel so naive 😅 I have also been overweight my whole life) but Yujin’s story reminded me that people used to do that to me, too. My classmates always thought I had makeup or at least lipstick on, and would try and wipe it off. In Girl Scouts, we had a lady from Mary Kay come and give us all makeovers (for fun, I guess? Now I think about it, it was probably to sell the mom’s makeup). She accused me of wearing makeup and wouldn’t let it go, and started aggressively wiping my face. My mom was one of the leaders, and she was just like “I don’t let her wear makeup, she’s a child! She’s just naturally beautiful!” I’ve also found out later that all my guy friends had a crush on me, they’ve told me later. People tried to bully me because of my weight or being Asian, but I got very good at having a witty, more hurtful comeback, and made all the other kids laugh at them. I’ve realized now as an adult maybe I was the bully, but really I was just standing up for myself. If you wanna mess with the bull, you’re going to get the horns 😂 I would also stand up for other people I saw getting bullied, I’ve always hated injustice, and just seeing it makes me so angry, I can’t help but say something. I’m 1/4 Japanese, so I’ve gotten used to not being white to white people and being white to POC. It’s difficult not to fit in anywhere, and I guess it’s fitting to be a pretty fat person, too. I’ve had experiences like Jihan, too. At one point in high school my best friend went to dual enrollment at a community college, and I was left with our other two friends, who made me the third wheel. One was a mean girl, and without my best friend their to sympathize with me, I couldn’t tolerate it anymore and told her off, so I lost both “friends” and had to eat lunch alone. I would eat lunch in the bathroom stall so no one would see me, but one of the librarians let me eat lunch in the solace library, which helped a lot. It’s a lot less lonely eating lunch with a book (and not having to be seen eating alone). I’m fine eating/doing things alone now, but it is hard when you’re a teenager. If anyone ever feels like they don’t fit in anywhere, please remember that you are just you, and that’s enough. You’re just born the way you are, you can’t help your race, looks or weight. You can lose weight, but fat cells just shrink, they don’t go away. Especially when you’ve just always been bigger since you were a kid. You can be healthy and still overweight, it doesn’t mean people don’t take care of themselves. You can have health problems that make it harder to lose weight and keep it off. Just like being born pretty, you can’t help that either. You can get plastic surgery, but then you won’t look like your unique self. It stinks to be told you’re pretty first, and other things last. There is more to people than how they look, I know I’d rather be told I’m creative and smart. We’re all going to get older (if we’re lucky) and have wrinkles.

It is quite degrading but i suppose it’s the best way for the channel to grab viewers, they should think of something a little less judgmental on the other hand i guess it’s still true to the way they’ve both been raised/treated in school
@@resangu Maybe it isn't and you could be right. But in English "Unpopular" is mostly connected with something negative whilst using words such as "Quiet", "Modest" or "introverted" are more neutral and would be better suited here.

I got unlucky genetics so like half of my meal are veggies, I follow whole food pyramid thing plus do ballet & wushu once per week.
My sister however eat whatever she wants, doing no sports and stays thin.
Yes we can be unlucky with our genetics, but its in our power to adjust things
