Rampart is like a non force sensitive Obi Wan 😂
Except this time when disguised as a captain, he didn’t try and hide someone in is TRECHCOAT
Except, he's annoying ASF
So true love it so much 😂🎉
What if this is obiwan’s long lost brother he briefly talked about in “OBIWAN KENOBI”?🤔🤔🤔 probably not but it’d be cool to see him for whatever reason one day
He destroyed Kamino
“I escaped from this mountain before. I had training and I wasn’t alone, know what else? I’m doing it again.” -Omega
“We can hear you, you know?” -Imperial Personnel

Seeing Crosshair put so much faith in Echo at the critical moment was quite a sweet moment. Definitely felt the contrast to when he first worked with Echo and was more than suspicious that his augments would have turned him traitorous. These guys really have bonded over the years.
I was like "about time" they brought echo back again this season, and i chuckled when echo called rampart a hydrosnake.
Nerd
Wtf is a hydrosnake
@@ionobrua space snake
Nerd
I think it’s a water snake. Remember Rampart was the one who was ordered to destroy the city on Planet Kamino. So he was the snake living in water as the whole city was in water.
The ‘cloud city’ type place was old Kaminoan facilities. Cad Bane took Omega there when he was hired to get her way earlier.
“I can’t wear this. I was a Vice Admiral.”
Yeah… *WAS*
The suspense was amazing in this episode. With all of the fails they've had in trying to do things this season (*Edit to clarify: The Point Of No Return for example), the ending of this episode was a first punch in the air moment for me. Any moment can go either way and I love that.
I feel like them stripping their armour is foreshadowing what is to come.... be prepared 😭
@@ZaWardo151 I'm glad I'm not alone in this!
Really don’t get the suspense whatsoever. There’s so much anime out there with immensely stronger and consistent storytelling. Besides Andor, everything else from Disney Star Wars feels like it’s for 10-13 year-olds. Hunter and Wrecker are so forgettable, one-dimensional and expendable. Crosshair has been the only great thing about this show. And man, Boba Fett has been thrown completely under the bus. They literally brought Daniel Logan back to voice a random clone cadet but not Boba, when the series is revolved around his freaking sister. The rumors that Filoni and his team are anti-Boba are 100% true. Cad “Kidnapper” Bane is more important to Filoni than the OG.
@@ZaWardo151 I’m just saying there’s much better stuff out there. Besides Crosshair, its so bland. Wrecker and Hunter have had no development whatsoever. After what Disney has done to Luke, Boba, Han, Obi-Wan and Thrawn, my interest in this franchise is at an all-time low, and it’s probably never coming back.
wdym 'fails' this season? this season has been banger after banger except for 12...
@@jnskillzhd9668 This season has been an absolute WIN - i'm talking about The Bad Batch squad themselves such as in The Point Of No Return. Things just have not been going to smoothly for them this season that anything seemed it could go wrong at any moment. And I loved that.
That’s Bora Vio where bane took her in season 1
Thank you someone noticed that, I was just about to say that LOL

This has been my theory for a while now. I believe at the end of the show, the batch may arrive at Tantiss and free all the imprisoned clones. A lot of the clones will be willing to fight for the greater good but a lot of clones and stormtroopers will fight against them. I believe that this will be the canon version of the clone rebellion and the vast casualties will be the main thing that lead to clones being phased out and replaced.
Ive also thought this. I will cry if Boss and or Sev ends up being imprisoned somewhere as well
Clones are already being phased out. I mean the only Empire clones we’ve really seen are the Commandos, CX Troopers and the ones with Wolf.
But aside from that nitpick, it’s an interesting idea to see clones trying to be loyal. Though if they’re on Tantis they have probably been rebellious and anti-Empire already.
Record for shortest breakdown on this channel.
He is lazy when he doesn't like something
@@TheBabyDerpThat's his choice, what more do you want from him?🤷
Go check out other channels. I have seen more lengthy breakdowns.
Not much to break down....again.
@@TheBabyDerp yeah cause you only get over 3 million subs by being lazy... hating with no real gripe behind it.
The last few scenes of this episode were the first time in this entire show (or probably even TCW) I felt *actual* suspense, so I don't think this was a boring episode at all
Theory hates everything nowadays and expects star wars to be exactly to his specification and 10/10 100% even tho the prequels had growing pains and some of the same issues he complains about... its good star wars
yeah i ignore his old man rants nowadays. i enjoyed this ep a lot
@@TheBabyDerp It's actually confusing, I grew up with the prequels and specifically remember *everyone* in school making fun of how bad they were. My father's favorite film is the OG, he saw it opening day, my parents' first date was to see Return of the Jedi lol, and I still own his OG VHS he showed me as a kid. He HATED the prequels. But he *loved* the sequels. Maybe because he's in his 70s and obviously doesn't pay attention to any online discussion, theories, rants etc. He just genuinely felt that the sequels felt more Star Wars than the prequels ever did. Interesting to think about.
Same! I don't understand how this was boring or "filler"
I considered it one of the best episodes.
The panels easily coming apart kinda makes sense as i always think the Empire's equipment is janky as it costs alot of money to run a whole galactic Empire. Gotta save where u can.
In a facility that one of if not the most secure facilities in the galaxy?
@@Gooooofeyhemlocks always asking for more money, he’s gonna have to save somewhere and he probably doesn’t expect children to escape or at least through the “fall to your death” shaft
@@Gooooofey Yes, secure, but also kinda not. The security was primarily designed for keeping an outside force from pulling off a rescue; there wasn’t as much thought given to the “test subjects” engineering their own escape.
A common theme of the Empire in SW is how they underestimate their opposition. They underestimated the chance an X-wing stood against a planet-deleting space station, they underestimated the angst of man-eating teddy bears, they underestimated the rebellion as a whole.
It’s a common thread in underdog tropes: the big bad lets their guard down because they think little scrawny over here couldn’t hurt a fly. The underdog wins not because they’re actually better, but because they’re not taken seriously.
@@GooooofeyThe Empire has always been arrogant so they probably thought “Its fine, they’re just kids. They cant do much.”
Nah
Great episode
I think the reason the panels could pop out was because it was where the droids place and send the samples they take from the kids. Still strange, but a bit of explanation as Omega asks about the spot and eyes it earlier in the episode.
Exactly!! Came here to say this. The panels were intentionally designed that way so that they could be shifted in and out of place
I love this show, I love most episodes as well. The problem is just with how short they are, it's rushing through arcs too fast and doesn't show everything it should.
The last episode realistically should be the same if not longer than the first episode of the series which was around an hour and 16 minutes
Cavalery has arrived means for sure Rex squad
If Rex is in communication with Ahsoka then that's a possibility. Any mention of m-count to her would immediately spark interest as she is active in saving high m-count children.
I can't wait for Rex to show up!
@1:40 - The panels are just cosmetic. It's the pneumatic tube
behind the panels that are used to transport their blood samples to the lab that she's trying to get to. I thought it was interesting that something similar was used by Echo to get on the science vessel (it seems to have been implied that he used the droid tube).Maybe it's a bit of foreshadowing because It's kind of the same thing she's trying to do.
Omega gets out, the batch gets in, alarms go off. All get captured.
Then,
Crosshair get a pat on the back for brining them in…
Show ends with “good soldiers follow orders”
Doors close, as blaster fire from firing squad goes off.
Best ending
Sorry but this sounds extremely divergent from the current story line. The ‘good soldiers follow orders’ arc has already been played in S1.
Now, I won’t disagree with the Batch possibly meeting their demise in the finale given *********SPOILER**********
the events of S2.
Tech is supposedly dead meaning it’s looking more and more like the same fate awaits the rest of the crew. I reckon Dr Hemlock will get killed obviously but the question is, at what cost?
We all know the clones will be inevitably defeated by the empire, it’ll just be interesting to see how that unfolds for this final season. Whatever happens, I hope we get a 1 hour finale if plan 99 is invoked.
God, I hope not
Why did you just leak the ending like that
The Force Is Stroonnggg With This Pen 🖊
Rampart is starting to grow on me. I was worried he was going to be another Agent Kallus and go full good guy. Which was fine for Kallus. I just did not want to see that repeat. But after this episode I do not see that happening which is a good thing. If he survives the last 2 episodes I see Rampart as becoming a rogue type character and showing up on other shows. No love for the Empire but no love for the Rebellion either. He is too pompous and sees himself better than both sides. However, he will find his new niche in the galaxy and become a player in the game. Doing what's best for him regardless which side it helps it the moment.
They look bald with their armor being plain.
Especially wrecker 🤮
I kinda like it
Can we please talk about Echo's infiltration scene 🔥🔥🔥
I mean the thing with the panels is that they don’t allow things to the children (except for stuffed animals and such) and certainly not things with sharp edges and therefore would not have to worry about the walls. It could also be that the base is not being used for its original purpose, it could be a former Republic Base that was used as an outpost with personal bunks and later refitted into a research facility and therefore the holding area is quite makeshift until they have a proper area to hold the inmates.
If it was a former republic base the coordinates would be very easy for clones to find but yes they aren't worried about kids getting sharp edged tools
@@TheBabyDerp It could have been wiped from records accessible by lower tier personnel and since pretty much all clones except the commandos have been either retired, killed or imprisoned there’s few people that actually knows its location.

So the last episode is called “the Calvary has arrived” I think it’s Rex who’s gonna say that. B/c when bad batch where first introduced that was their first line. I think Rex is gonna come as a backup bcuz bad batch are overwhelmed
Theory in the breakdown “I wouldn’t call this episode filler”
Theory in the watch party “this episode was so filler”
(Disclaimer. I really enjoy your content Theory, just thought this was funny.)
Immediate reactions are always different to the evaluation done later.
I enjoy the show a ton but the invention of Cameras would have made the Empire unstoppable
i found it really interesting how once the bad batch stripped their armor markings they looked like clone x, especially crosshair, which is why i think clone x is tech completing the squad or a cloned crosshair
Another breakdown, Another moan fest from Theory. Complaining about the tiles on the wall 😂😂😂. Cheer up dude.
The Bad batch starts on the old caminoan work place where they also were in season 1 I believe. The original Camino kind of
K, Kamino is spelled with a K
well the empire cheaps out on everything besides Sith cloning facilities, luxury castles on mustafar, secret weapons and planet-sized starships. im surprised if anything is left in budget. couldn't even bother to put proximity detectors on all its ships that could have caught a certain smuggler and his furball sidekick.
yep its funny that not even star destroyers have proximity detectors although i would imagine a rogue ship attaching to one is improbable in the empire eyes
Really good episode
Theory it's ironic you preferred to see 'screws' in this episode 😂😂
Pretty dope episode
hope the finale is long b/c this could be rushed in the end but staying positive, good season so far and keeping my head up for future SW still
It wasn't boring to me. It give me New Hope vibes. W Luke, Han, Chewie sneaking around rescue princess Leia. Expect it is the bad batch with the Formal imperior admiral, to save Omega!
You didn't mention Rampart on Tantiss' command post being a totally resurrected Star Wars - A New Hope scene, albeit in reverse and with no Chewie.
Very good episode
I think rampart is going to call them out and raise an alarm to gain favour with the empire and get some kind of honour back.
Or the batch manage to break in and get to omega, get detected in the room which will list mount tantis as under attack calling imperial reinforcements to assist in defending the mountain. Maybe we'll see vader show up and stop the batch. Be a bleak end to the team but I doubt they'll survive this season since we have no future mention of them as of yet.
Didn’t feel like this was filler, not much else you can do with this show besides having the crew trying to get to Omega and get her out. You either extend the episodes of them getting to her or you extend the episodes of them trying to break Omega out. I feel like there is only so much you can show of the Tantis attempted breakout before it would drag on.
1:19 To be fair, this is the same Empire that's against railings on walkways and bridges.
When they docked with the ship heading to tantiss, I said, “Did they make it?”, twice. Glad they made it.
The Pen & Jerry saved the day
I loved this Episode. Seeing them remove the colors on their armor was pretty cool
After the Bad Batch ends, there will be an Omega spin-off set a few years later titled Bad Bitch.
Theory I remember when you quit Disney content and you were going to keep to OG and prequel and legends stuff
The Penjamin saves the day
The planet that the Bad Batch were on was Bora Vio it was the abandoned cloning facility
Totally agree
Why the heck does theory thinks that this was a filler episode when so many people disagree x
If rex doesnt turn up in the finale, then that means that we could see alot of clone force 99 dying, since we know that they, as of now, do not show up later in canon.
theyll likely die anyway
I think they’re gonna die anyway but that’s like saying that omega is gonna get killed because she doesn’t show up anywhere else in canon
they will die. makes no sense otherwise
They may die. They may not. They could exile. Or they could hide and go down later just like the clones we saw in Rebels in their AT-TE on Seelos, Rex, Wolffe and.. heheh.. Gregor (edit I mean to say I assume they go down as walking around in a stolen AT-AT can't be sustainable for long, knowing the Empire.
How in the hell did no trooper or officer recognize the Bad Batch and Rampart?
It’s hard to recognize people with a beard at times.
Thanks Theory 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
1:24 I guess whoever designed Tantiss studied at the same school as Galen Erso. The Empire really needs to work on its Building Regs. 😂
I felt that same exact way. The episode was good, but didn't get through enough, given there's only 2 episodes left,PERIOD.
The Pennzoil saves the day
WHOO!!!!!
The Narkena 5 one way out is gonna be cinema by the next week comes by.
That was hardly a breakdown. First of all the kids with Omega are force sensitive. Second the Bad Batch were waiting with Rampart on the abandoned Kaminoan facility on Bora Vio where in season 1, Cade Bane brought Omega. And third you left out why they had to attach to that research vessel in the end.
You know, this is the first stealth mission they had where they WEREN’T caught.
1:18 Pure Theory, all those bricks and screws(now missing though) ...
Hope this is a ok place for a question.
What if Count Dooku used Darth Andeddu's holocron to transfer his spirit into a younger bodied clone of himself?
If Vader Gets Some of this clone-ing Tech,
Then it just Gets One Step Closer To Starkiller's Story.
I like that it took forever to find tantiss as it’s meant to be a literally impossible task that is so far outside the realm of possibility, and when they finally do find it it feels like a huge sigh of relief. But I wish the middle of the season mattered more and involved more clones. But they usually leave all the important bits until the last two episodes. As for predictions, I think the entire bad batch dies except for omega in cold blood. At least that would be something fresh for a change instead of the same meandering around for 3 seasons imo.
This was a fantastic episode, for that matter so were the few before it, thoroughly enjoyed the whole lot. I'm impressed with their latest releases, tbh.
"He's uhhh ... Captaining"
Did you even watch this episode you got so much wrong
That’s what I’m saying, at least Screen Crush review of the episode was more in dept
meh who cares. for once i agree with SWT, this episode felt unecessary and could be mixed with episode 12 as one episode. Bad batch has been kinda mediocre lately. Hunter is bland and boring, crosshair is interesting and cool, echo is jsut there and wrecker is also very bland. This isnt filonis greatest work and it shows
@@mustplay7212 that’s a completely different topic, he posted a review and got almost half of the episodes details wrong
DF ain't that dump... its like kK sticks her head in the story Room and give her stupid ideas like Spielberg said she does
I can’t believe it’s almost over 😢
When the bad batch was first shown in the clone wars, when they got out of the marauder to meet cody and rex, wrecker says "the cavalry has arrived" and so I think that the final episode with definitely have cody and rex, meaning that the mysterious assassin is likely tech. I think the last episode will just be all of the clones raiding mount tantis in a big battle, which will be cool to see. I think omega might die in the end though
The fact that the story is going quite slowly points to the fact that it will go to the shitter very fast in the last episode.
It never accorded to you that the someone that let Omega take the tool also loosing the wall panels.
I mean, I suspect that they expected that even if the kids escaped that "interior container" they'd get caught because there's still the external containment measures. Also, who expects what are probably depressed and demoralized six-year-olds to pull off anything like that? It's specifically pointed out that it's the clone head scientist who makes the mistake (intentionally?) here by allowing Omega to enter this room and talk with the other kids.
Rampart reminds me of UA-camr Destiny.
Their story is gonna go beyond this show - no way they can wrap everything up in two more episodes
The blocks came off because they were part of the door that opens for the blood samples
Anyone know why Rampart was in prison? Being that high up he must have pissed someone off.
Treason
@@RobbinHoodz so he sided with the Rebels? If so why are they treating him so poorly? Just curious what he actually did and to who🤔
@@eppyz He was framed, by the empire.
Today's episode was a strategic HEATER! I had so much fun.
I trust the Finale's episode(s) both come out at the same time and they're not split... seeing how they've left no major cliff hangers for us this season by having multiple releases of 2 episodes.
I love heist tropes. This episode really played with suspense well. While not filler, this didnt need an entire episode. Idk how i feel about being right back where we were at the beginning of the season. Resucing Omega from Tantiss. Would love to have that be the mid-season peak.
lol he went bricks and screws again
We appreciate the non-spoiler title
I'm still hoping for a Halo Reach-style ending where all/most of the Bad Batch dies in the end
If you pause the Into the breach episode at exactly 23 minutes when they jump to hyperspace the stars are mirrored. I'm pretty sure it's nothing and my eyes are playing tricks on me. But If you look at the center of the screen the stars form what looks like Vader's helmet. I'm sure others will see something else or nothing at all. Like I said it's probably nothing and I'm only seeing random shapes.
Hoping for a movie on big screen.
i hope they do actually rescue the clones because i can just see that not happening at this point as we havent seen them since the first episode
and are we going to see who the cx clone is as he isnt even on tantiss
It took 23 year for Andy Dufresne to tunnel his way out of that cell. Omega figured it out in a few minutes lol 😅
To all those who say they're waiting for Rampart's "redemption": You CANNOT redeem someone who destroyed Kamino/Tipoca.
ngl the latter half of this season feels like the show is writting itself
I hope the finale will be an hour like the series premiere was!!!
Great episode. I still think that one shadow clone that fought Crosshair is a brainwashed Cody.
I so want Omega in live Action in the Book of Boba Fett volume 2.
I hope the season finale would be an hour long episode, just like episode 1 of season 1. Only 2 episodes left for this whole rescue feels too short unless both or the last episode is 1 hour long.
They've been to mount tantis before? Why do they need coordinates
You know you made some ridiculous shit when theory can't even hide his laughter during the breakdown
Bros broke out rampart, released all the ither prisoners and the empire was like: huh i guess that happens nothing to worry about or report.
