- Today I am sharing how to bake feta 5 different ways. Baked feta is such a great dish served as a starter, a side or even a main meal with bread and crackers.

BAKED FETAS:
1. Extra virgin olive oil, lemon, olives, rosemary
2. Honey, Thyme
3. Extra virgin olive oil, red onions, oregano, chilli flakes, sun-dried tomatoes
4. Egg, flour, sesame seeds
5. Extra virgin olive oil, tinned tomatoes, red onions, oregano, olives, garlic

I'm from Greece and yes it is s Greek thing. You can bake it with fresh tomatoes, green peppers, olive oil and origano. It' a very popular appetizer in Greece. Also,try fried feta with sesame seeds and honey. It's absolutely divine.
please never cook honey, add it afterwards, the same goes if you use high quality unrefined olive oil

We've just got back from Corfu where we had a couple of these, absolutely delicious. Very simple but packed with flavor...
All of these recipes look delicious. The only downside is that I'm now filled with a yearning to go to a beautiful Greek island, which looks extremely unlikely for this year. Thank you for this video - I've put feta cheese on my weekly shopping list and can't wait to try these ideas out :)
