Blessings. I'm literally just starting out trying to build my TC business from the ground up, I'm a little nervous but this was very helpful. Thank you so much!!!!
@@TCOptimize Same here, just starting my own TC business, but I'm actually really blessed to have agents pour into me. A broker friend of mine shared her Trello board with me as a reference but I'm not gon lie i still dont know how to "use" Trello. Did you remove a previous video about the full tutorial of using Trello because I see that you have an option to purchase it on your website. Is that the same?
Hi, this was so helpful!! I am new to TCing and I love processes and systems. I can't wait to get started and this was a big concern of mine! So, thank you for sharing this, you definitely helped to ease some of my anxiety on keeping everything organized!
Awww, I'm to happy to hear that! Glad to have made your transition a little easier 🤗 feel free to reach out if there's anything else I can do to help 🤓
Josie, You did an amazing job! I would not have known this is your first time. The information was clear and to the point. I am considering becoming a TC and what to know how to use systems for time and productivity. Thank you for sharing your experience.
We all use different terms in different states....what falls under your category of Due Diligence? Is that working through the contingencies like inspection, financing, etc?
Gotcha! Just the home inspection! In Texas it's option period, Georgia is due diligence, Arizona does use due diligence but "inspection period" in conversation. Financing and appraisal are different deadlines (also depending on the state).
Hi Shon, thank you! I'm glad it was helpful! You'll want to open your board, click "Show menu" at the top right, then click "power-ups" and search calendar 😃 it'll be the first one that pops up!
Hi Josie! I love the activity tab idea keep all the contact information! How do you get the comment to be kept when you make a new card from the template? My activity comments aren’t transferring over on the template
Oh, I see what you mean! Yes! For the template, I create an activity to put all party's contact info. That way it's easily accessible. On the phone app, you can just scroll all the way down and see everyone's name, phone, and email. I've also used that activity to show the lockbox codes and any special instructions (like who the primary contact is, or sensitive information like whether the spouse recently passed, etc.) I hope that helps!
Great videos! I just subscribed. Do you still use Trello or now OTC? Seems like it would be double the work to use both but please let us know and thanks!
I actually use Airtable primarily now! Feel free to reach out via www.tcoptimize.com for help determining what may work best for your specific situation! Happy to help 🤓
Great question! When I was using Trello, I also used gmail templates for keeping my email templates in one place, Google calendars for reminders, I also made great use of the gmail side panel. I'd make a list for time blocking and reoccurring tasks and other lists to keep me up to date. So basically, a combination of Gmail and Trello.
@@heidiutahrealtor I use Open to Close. Same developers as TCWF but they created something bigger and better. It's mindblowing... you can head over to www.opentoclose.com and sign up for early access. It's a 30-day free trial and you can find the early access button on the bottom of the "pricing" page. Let me know when you do so that you can get in immediately. Otherwise, you'll need to wait your turn. If you use my affiliate code, 172EET1I, you'll get a discount after your trial ends.
