6:40 - Yea, that is great, but what if I already have a collection of contacts that I want to import but most of them are not leads yet, so I want to import them into some sort of contacts section ... inside trello/crumble? Right now I just have them in an excel file and notion.
This looks great and I've just started the trial. I had a list already on a Trello board now I've added the Crmble power-up to that existing board, but now the existing content from that board is invisible. Do I need to re-enter all that manually? I can't even see it. It looks like a blank template.
Although I am having some problems with email synchronization, Pipedrive seems to be a better choice, more complete but also more expensive... For now, I will keep on going with Pipedrive because it took a very long time to set up but thank you for this interesting alternative. Chris from Lyon/France
Are you able to sync with phone contacts? I use an iPhone and would like to have any contacts I enter in Crmble/Trello sync to my phone. The second part of my question was answered below about importing contacts into Crmble from the iPhone/iCloud contacts, but how do you manage syncing new contacts to Crmble when I add new contacts to my phone?
I’m trying to use the CRM to contact influencers for my company products. Do you know how many people you can contact per day using the CRM? I’m looking to do 300 per day. Do you have any suggestions on software that can do this?
@Scott - Hi Scott- Thank you for always producing Highly useful vids. Scott = 'The Goto Guy'😄. But my struggle is to unify what I call my "big 3 Apps': Trello, Square, and QuickBooks online. I am about to pull the trigger on Crmble power-up for a CRM solution, but this got me thinking: Can you recommend an ERP type solution or apps that are lightweight, and tightly integrated (as Crmble is) with my 'big 3'? I am a one-person shop so these 3 provide a solid foundation and little to no cost/year. The trouble is that there is so much redundancy, overlap and no syncing between them. Which one should I use for Estimates? Which for invoices? Inventory management? Order fulfillment?, Sales? Did my customer contact list sync across all 3? Yikes! Each of them offer drips-n-drabs or piecemeal features as answers to my questions but they in turn require alot of maintenance, wiring-up and glue in-between (like Zapier which is great glue). But they are expensive, and each Zap adds up. I am looking for an ERP solution which will pull together my 'big 3'. Would appreciate your advice on any of my thoughts here. Cheers!
Just instaling this last week - according to the last video of 7 best free plugins - and now I know how to setup it ! THX LOT (I see in my case, it's not always updating the boards informations right away - do You ave the same issu?)

An absolutely awesome video. So useful. I didn't know you can have a CRM in Trello. Thanks a lot!
You are so very welcome, Anna.

That's a great example, Philip. You can import these contacts and then assign them to whatever stage/list you create.
Hi Phillip. We just released the Contact Import feature that makes exactly what you mentioned. Give it a try and let us know.
Once again Scott thank you for bringing this awesome information to your channel. You never disappoint!
Trello! Crumble! Here I come!

I'm not aware of a hard limit. And since you are using your own email client (via the CRM), any restrictions would be based on your email provider.
Looks promising!

Scott, did you go back and add previous months or more of Lead/contacts information? If so, was it a nightmare project? LOL, thanks!
Is Crmble paid? Can you use the free version with basic data?
Crmble is a paid add-on but you can try it for free for 21 days.
