I always made turkey gravy over toast heat your butter and onions then shred turkey add your flour brown make gravy thinner than usual add your turkey serve over toasted bread…. Delicious!!!
Hi! Megan - I am a subscriber from Knoxville, and a retired pediatric nurse (2020 -East Tennessee Children's Hospital), and I LOVE your channel and admire you immensely. Currently chilling on the couch as I recover from surgery I had on Wednesday to repair damage from a bad fall (broken humerous, shattered elbow). It's good to just relax and watch something that's wholesome, entertaining, and uplifting as well as educational - keep it up!!! But,... ... I fall in the slick noodle camp for dumplings!!!! Sorry, but fluffy is for baked biscuits, not boiled ones😊. .....pretty much everything else we agree on, right down to lots of pepper in everything, especially gravy!!!

This looks delicious, my kind of dumplings. You can also make a delicious turkey and rice soup with turkey, broth, rice,celery and onion.
