- Today I'll be building a DIY Captain America Shield out of EVA Foam. The design is from "The Falcon and The Winter Soldier" Series.
I've always wanted to make a DIY Captain America Cosplay Shield.
Since I already made the helmet, I figured why not make the shield too.
It was actually nice to build a prop for a change. I'll try to do more foam props in the future. I just need to think of what to build exactly.

Could you make a free, more detailed visor that even has templates for the Halo infinite hud, I’m horrible at free handing so I don’t want to do it myself.

The stencil traced on the foam was giving me Capsule Corp vibes though and now I have an urge to watch and play some Dragon Ball stuff.

Sounds great. I’m waiting for the second season to see what his suit looks like close up. I wouldn’t mind Cosplaying as “US Agent”. He’s actually my favorite super soldier since I first saw him as a kid.

Thanks. I get my foam locally in Canada but I have links in the description to some foam under “cosplay supplies.” Get 8-10mm thick foam for this project.

Those poor sunglasses ( ;_;)7 First time I tried to make a goblin slayer shield I cut a nice beveled edge for the outer part and then I glued it upside down so the ugly part was facing upward...
It's either Shia Lebouf or good ol' Palpatine. They are very similar so I'm not sure who you're imitating lol

I made one recently, I made it from EVA foam 12mm high density so it’s super strong, I made it by using a compass and getting the lines perfectly
Tho I didn’t use this, I cut it all at once then heated it and bent it over a gym ball pumped up to be completely solid
