I think you focused too much on slaver aspect of your race bunkrupting yourself, where units you captured have no synergy with your race, and totaly forgot about oath of strife. If you focused more on it your devotion would hit paragon level a lot faster, that +5 for not letting units run from battle every fight is really good.

I'm 99% sure the +5 is only for routing in events, not from fights. It even specifies "events" in the tooltip.
Am I only who see the picture too bright and contrast?
