Love you update straightening routine, also sharing your curling hair routine for heat styling recently.
Every-time you straightening your hair always giving silky smooth results,comb attachment for hair dryer is really prefer simple and easy to stretch out your curl pattern,but if you wanna only smooth blowout don’t want flat iron definitely using round brush with bristles to straightening them.
This density though! The amount of hair in 2 of your big braids is my entire head of hair!

Yep,Dyson is definitely a winner. Bought the SuperSonic dryer for my daughter on her birthday few years back ,and she loved it.When I saw the Corrale advertised,got that too. She was over the moon. Great products.

Absolutely gorgeous! Braiding your hair first is a great tip. I didn’t know that Dyson has a comb attachment. Using your comb attachment from the ends up is so healthy. Do you always do it that way?
It's an absolute game changer! I will definitely continue to use the wide-tooth comb attachment to stretch my hair out before straightening it or prepping it for a protective style!

Wow! I wasn’t sure if the Dyson straightener would work well enough on my curly hair, but if it works on yours, it’ll definitely work on mine!

I am in LOVE with your hair!!! How do you keep it straight in the middle of summer? I feel like one day of sweating or working out would be the end of my straightened hair 😭 I am gonna wait til cooler weather to attempt straightening my hair
Thank you so much girl! The humidity does get to my hair no matter how I try to protect it. But I try to avoid having my hair touch my back during the summer heat lol During workouts try having your hair in a high bun, but use a scrunchie or a claw clip to avoid creating dents.

Hi!! What heat settings do you use the corrale on?
Hi, my hair is similar to yours. But lately it’s been looking / feeling dry, brittle and weak. I don’t like flat ironing my hair because I feel that it makes it look dry and thin. ( I used to roller set my hair, that’s when it was the healthiest and the strongest and full!! I prefer body over the straight look) now I literally just wash it and let it air dry. I’m very tender headed so I don’t do much with it now! Some days I go without combing it out! Your hair looks so strong and healthy if it’s not asking too much what type of shampoo/ conditioners etc.. you use on your hair?? Want to get my hair back to its best!!!

I looooove my dyson in general but it used to take me 5 hours to stretch my hair 😭 (yea I know) but w/ the dyson + comb attachment 30 min max!!!

What makes an Ethiopian hair salon different from say a Dominican salon? Do they use products using herbs from Ethiopia or special technique? I live in Baltimore so not too far from you, what salon do you go to? Could explore beauty tips from your Mom or family maybe? Love ya!!
I think the only difference is that it’s run by Ethiopians but I think the process is a known Dominican technique

@@karendavis7669 I’ve been to a Dominican one, not an Ethiopian one. The roller set is fine but I don’t recommend the blow out it’s wayyyyyyyy too much heat you’ll get crazy heat damage. An Ethiopian salon may have different standards in how much heat they use. But with a Dominican salon the only thing I recommend is the roller set because it does get your hair in big silky barrel curls with indirect heat
One difference I’ve observed is the type of rollers that the Dominican salon uses vs the Ethiopian. Dominicans use magnetic rollers, while Ethiopians use hourglass rollers.
Another difference I’ve noticed is that Dominicans tend to prioritize the use of the blower. What I mean is that, the majority tend to try to avoid using a flat iron at all. And they’ll just continue to pass the blower until the desired sleekness is achieved.
It’s the type of rollers they use. Eritreans and Ethiopians back home use tension rollers which give great results when removed
