I have done a ton of these types of role play. Its actually tougher than the actual phone calls in my opinion. But it was probably the most effective tool in helping overcome some of my sales vices.

I think it's a bit patronising to say "it's OK to say no if you're not". I don't need your fricking permission to say "no" ! Actually...
In the context of the specific sales pitch in this video, I would go with .... "blah blah blah ... get results faster. Dan said he's pretty sure you'd be open to finding out more. Is he right?"
I think the psychology is at least as good, if not, somewhat better than "It's OK to say no".
