Dan failed at 13 businesses, now he is running 15 businesses. That's what it means to never give up ❤️
Where's the list of 13 and 15 businesses
I run 60 businesses. Everytime I sell a new product I register a new business. Thats not the same as 60 huge businesses bringing me in to run them, but a lot of oeople think it does.
I run only one business, improoving it over 13 times.
@@Debtwarrior wrong 😊
@Slayer so I can make videos. One of my businesses rents expensive cars and empty houses to people making get rich videos. I rent them to myself and claim them back on expenses, then I pay my video production company who pays me a script writing fee so that I can get my acting fee for starring in my own videos.

They actually do that
Ahh!! It works!! I watch sales training videos every morning while I’m getting ready for work. I watched yours this morning and implemented it into my vernacular. I’ve scheduled so many appointments from my “be backs” and I’ve closed 3 deals today that I’ve used your verbiage in!! For real, you just helped me put an extra $1200 in my pocket today. Super stoked to continue using this in the future. Thank you.
Trying this today
Sales: Hows the deal sound?
Prospect: I’ll get back to you
Sales: In what way could we make a deal today?
Prospect: The price 80% to high, can you do anything?
Sales: I’ll get back to you.
.☺
Turn the tables on their a**es! Hahaha
LMAO perfect....😁
😂😂😂
Best answer than OP. But merit to him for opening up this subject.
Prospects are watching this video.
Zothantluanga Varte hahaha
Hahaha
Lol
U r that prospect! Hahahaha lol!
Hahahaha
I don’t want to learn 10 different ways to handle an objection. I want one method to handle 10 different objections. Wow that gold.
Dan is one among very few sales legend, where even without pushing clients still manage to close the deal.✊
Prospect: “I’ll get back to you. I’m not gonna make a decision today. Do you have a card you can leave me?”
Me: “Sure. Do you want me to throw away the card or do you wanna do it?”
Hahahahah
Awesome
Hectic
Awesome thinking. Well said👍Def make the prospect feel guilty.
hahahha
When a client says I'll get back to you,
In 20% of the time, they really get back to me, and never hear anything from the rest of 80%

HR: You know what Ill get back to you after a few weeks blah blah.
Me: In what way could we make a deal today?
You can't. You have to wait till I say we have deal.
😂😂😂😂👍
😂😂😂😂 howling
No way
hahaha good one
Dan, I do pretty well on closing "most deals" but after watching several of your videos it has given me insight on what words to use to close the deal today. Thanks Dan!
"I'll get back to you" is an objection, it's a "no." No one is getting back to you unless you owe them something.
Being transparent with your own thought process, while at the same time forcing the prospect to be transparent. Makes for a better/personable connection and relationship . Very insightful. I’m not in sales but this works as a general business practice when trying to negotiate.
It's no wonder this works well because you are being honest with not only yourself but with the future prospect by getting straight to the meat and potatoes. Keep up the great content Dan this is wonderful
I've applied these techniques during two situations via cellphone. I had to word things completely different based on the convo with the prospect and as soon as they said "well to be honest..." I knew I got through their walls and they actually began to open up more.
Nice
Awesome!
Me : how do we do business today
Prospect : you're not Dan lok.
and he would be correct
But he mentored me (*mumbles* through his videos)
Dilip Ganison hahaha made my day 😅
2:48 when you ad libbed and said “I’ve been doing thus for a long time”. Very strong. I’ll use it!
Great advice for all fields of life. Next time I'm rejected, I will say "What can I do to make this work" Love it!
I always get this answer from our clients and thanks to you now I know how to handle . Thank you for your priceless tips . All the best !
Dan, you’ve made me appreciate the art of selling. Being upfront is always the best way to get a sale. As long as you have the confidence to be that upfront, you will get easy sells. Thank you for this video
"What would it take for you and I to do business." I like that. Thanks for your knowledge.
This guy looks like a bad guy from a Jackie Chan movie
Is there anyone like me? I am so addicted to Dan Lok’s video. I keep listening on and on, thank you very much for your helpful videos.
I'm not even a sales person, but I still see this is good advise.
Dan, I love how practical you are in your approach to Sales. May you continue to be blessed!
You are my super star. I have just been depressed but just listening to you reminds me why I need to go back to building my career. Thank you
Thanks Dan, love your videos. Been out of the sales world for 3 years. I was offered a district sales manager position and I am now running appointments across greater Phoenix. New company and newer product. Expensive. I can tell the 3 year hyatus has got me rusty and making amateur mistakes. I need to prove to myself, my family, and my boss that I still have that old magic in me. It's been a rough 1st month and the entire company is relying on me to keep the factory open. Your videos are a perfect fit for what I am doing. I spent the last few days taking notes and studying. Today I will have an opportunity to put them into play. Thanks again Dan. You make a difference!!! I will be purchasing your books.
Sales are contingent upon the attitude of closer/salesman, not the attitude of prospect. Thanks Dan for creating such amazing videos.
The prospect is always ready to buy. It's your job to close the sale, which is why I think Dan always creates such informative and valuable videos for us.

Bro what type of sales are you in? Do you hunt for sales and cold call non existent leads?
Started web dev business last month in January. Already closed 3 clients, with my most recent a 2.5k deal. I had limited experience in sales but i just went for it and flourished. Thanks Dan for your help. I've learned to be the one in control of the call, I always lay down the schedule of the call and try to nudge the prospect in the direction I wanna go. Its like a owner going for a walk with his dog.
My favorite part was when u asked "what would it take for you and I to do business today?" Brilliant comeback. I wish I grew up with u as my mentor. I'd be so money 💰 right now. 😊❤👍
"And BOOM, I've closed that deal!" 😂😂😂
Favourite moment: The moment you said: "Prospects lie". I learnt this lesson from you. I used to believe that prospects would really get back. Hereafter, I will get the answer right there at the Discussion Table, if I cannot, I will forget the prospect and move forward
"I'll get back to you"
"Ok thank you so much, have a great day"
Lol accurate
Or looking forward to hear from you soon have a good day

Andddd they go with your competitor because they misunderstood your product and you didn’t know it.
Helping keep the economy going! Us sales people are the back bone of the economy sell sell sell and close! Thanks Dan for the inspiration during this hard selling time!
I'm a truck sales agent here in the Philippines and i'm a begginer in terms of selling, your videos Dan lok helps me a lot to understand the selling process, the only thing I can do to show how i'm thankful that i found your video is by subscribing you Channel and hit the like botton, Thank you again Sir and more power! keep Safe!
Dan I respect how straight forward you are
As a wedding planner I get this a lot. And I get a lot of people who come pick my brain and leave with my ideas to implement them with someone else.
Thank you for your tips and advices Dan. I really am going to apply this and I hope it helps me book more clients
Can’t believe that those advices are for FREE! Thanks a ton Dan.
Thank you Dan! Usually when I have some bad days on sales, you came to my with your videos with Great ideas 💡
I feel so motivated with your videos 🤠
I'd like to say thanks Dan, become a bit obsessed with your videos. I closed 5 deals today with your insight on overcoming these common objections
What type of deals were they?

Amazing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
asking the client directly if they're trying to politely brush you off is great. giving them the chance to say yes or no saves time. i like that a lot, as well as keeping things simple, rather than memorizing books of scripts. communicating naturally is much more powerful than knowing what line to say. great stuff.
BTW, is that Dan Pena's picture in the background?
"What would you take for us to do business today? What part of the don't you like?" Love these!
Thanks Dan Lok
Hey thank you so much for this Dan, it's probably the most common objection.. I hear it at least 10 times a day. I work in a cold calling office so obviously this is a very common and although I am experienced salesman I always learn something new from your vids amazing thank you!
*People ususally say that and they don't get back at all! Great question to ask! Straightforward to the point! :)*
Usually "I'll get back to you" means they're not that interested or don't have the money. Instead of giving up make them feel like they need whatever it is you're selling by solving what they don't like about the offer and showing them why it's worth it🙌
With all due respect sir/madam you could end this call right now and continue in this same cycle, just know every time you ignore an opportunity to make a decision you become more comfortable making none. What would it take you for us to make the perfect decision today, and i assure you, you'll get motivated as never before!
Finally a closer who gets it! Fire content man, I wish people understood that a sales person works on price only, but a closer understands it's a game of chess and its your job to outmaneuver the prospect.
...or the other way round...
I don't want to start a business and I am not a salesperson and I do not intent to ever be. But have a degree in Business psychology and you sir, you are giving amazing information to your viewers. This advice is so spot on, direct, specific and relevant. I don't see good content like this in these kinds of videos very often.
Use one method of all issues! Love that part makes it easier rather than remembering scripts etc. Honestly and don’t be afraid to ask the small easiest blunt questions I love it 🙏🏼
Just what i needed man. When they said "i would get back to you "its like a sword to my heart i usually don't even reply
I NEVER WRITE IN COMMENTS but I just learned more in these 7 minutes than any so called guru video I've ever watched..you actually kept my attention..your awesome thankyou sir!
Dan, you are King of Closure for a reason! Thanks for the amazing video! Hope to see more this type of videos in the future! Support!
DAN I simply love your content...🔥💕
You are amazing at this! I needed to hear this. Thank you for taking your time to make these type of videos
I love it. Dan, thank you! I continue to learn from folks like your self.
I like how he slipped in there "I'm not a fucking guru" btw.. lol, that sort of made me do a Missy Elliott double take. Very smooth!

This reply works! Learn from Dan.
Thanks, Dan...I Love It. 1 way to handle multiple objections...👍Perfect. I like when the smoke came up and you cut through it. I've been watching your videos and that's what I need. Keep Up with your teaching, a Lot of entrepreneurs are getting good response of their prospects
Dane, you know why I love your videos?
Because it is short but details.
Thank you
This must be the HOLY GRAIL of all sales tactic. Only the very top salesman should come to know of this through their grandmaster. But very little or in fact NONE would share, not to mention doing it so openly... Thank you Dan.
Glad you found this video valuable.

Hi Dan, Thanks for this video. I just followed the technique and to my surprise, I closed the deal. You are great!
Dan is very straightforward and precise on what he wants from a client( judging from this video). I surely will give this advice a try and monitor the performance. Thank you.
I love your confidence !
That might sell itself, love your video series, its like things I kind of know, but you are confirming allot of things, I thought might be true!
The best piece I watched in 2019. Period. What immense value 💯
Love your sales videos!
I never get tired listening to you
love the direct, honest approach. Also, the change of tone in your voice. Combine this with mirroring and I'd say sales becomes fun.
Totally agree with you Dan to be direct and asking the truth!
It's my first time here it's filled me with confidence.
Literally no business universities give such beneficial information. Your knowledge and experience is mind blowing and inspiring.
I love this! CONFIDENCE in who you are as a business man/woman!
Great explanation! "What would it take for you and I to do business today?" Such an inspiration, keep it up!
I practice my Sales Pitches on calls and on my youtube channel everyday! I like going about the simple way to close. Have one message to handle multiple objections. Excellente!!!
Good job, Luke! The best way to master closing is practicing every day.

I totally agree. I hate when sales people are overbearing, and ask when they can call me back and follow up, call me a bunch of times and hound me. It’s a complete turn off
Thank you Dan for sharing. Your videos are very realistic and straightforward.
Calm, honest, and listening to their concerns. Sound simple
I agree they will not come back. Usually i will ask "what is it that is holding you back in making that decision now?". Love ur youtube content man!
People real business is real so you take everything real. Thank you MR DAN.
I am smiling here, because Dan is being so simple to get to the point! Reeeeealy useful video. Actually Don teaches to build up bridge to go further!
I will watch another video and will get back to you😂😂
Been selling for awhile. This is what gets you paid
We usually get to hear when the deal is left with some confusion or disagreement. Thank you for the tips to handle these situations.
up till now all the most of the videos gone through my early only...this one directly went to headup!
I hate sales person pushing me to make the desicion over the phone. I need sometime to do research.
Exactly.
@@vgardner1688 just ask the sales person, I'm sure they will tell you all you need to know.
Most people have done their research before reaching a sales agent. If they haven't, they are not ready to buy anyway.
What do you need to think about? The color, the texture? Etc?
It’s not pushing its reading the situation. If you need more info then talk to the sales professional. Need time to do research is actually need time to procrastinate and find reasons not to do the deal
Dan the Man, dropping gold nuggets daily!👍 Thanks for the video!
I didnt notice he makes videos daily😂

Thanks a lot for this video, this video came up just in my news feed alongside a lot of videos. This one catched my eye, so I've clicked on, and I've watched until 3.30 min because you gave the best answer by saying "What part of the deal/offer you don't like?" In a call from a prospect, it's perfect because the question is short, simple, direct and concise .
This is one of the most impactful vdo over this phrase.. " I'll back to you. "... Thanks a lot sir.
Best wishes to you.
Thank you for sharing good knowledge
This used to be an very effective method, but recently I have found that the prospects are too politically correct and too soft to be asked direct questions. Not sure how people even get their jobs these days.
So true. Too many clients are too soft these days and being this direct will scare them away.
Excellent video... My favorite part of the video is "Prospects lie all the time." That's very true. They always think you want to take advantage of them. Especially here in Nigeria, I've experienced that several times.
