Sorry to say, but without the strong opioids I would've been dead by now. The pain is that severe. Without it I cannot sit or stand up straight for more than a couple of minutes, walk, lay on my back or sleep at all. That means no rest 24/7. Try that for a while.
Tramadol has been my life saver! I take that along with Cymbalta and Gabapentin. But i take it every 6 hours. If I forget and go 7 to 8 hours....I;m in pain to the point of no return. I doesnt always take away all pain. According to my pain level that day. I just know you might as well put me in a grave otherwise because I would be completely useless. Exercise?! How do you exercise when you hurt all over and are stiff and chronically fatigued???
But you need slow mag Vit b12 shots every mth An vit b complex Omega 3 or cod liver oil Allergies Castor oil rubs Lots of celery Drinks with cucumber of course add 3 xcup water An add diet drink concentrate Palates light excercise
"Complain" Some of us suffer in silence because who wants to hear a complainer. It is not a complaining syndrome. The symptoms are real, and can be debilitating.
Just want to add some things rhat helped me. You could probably study further. Rest a lot, try to sleep as much as possible, good quality natural diet full of vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts and seeds and meat. Cutting out gluten, milk and eggs made my pain tolerable. When starting with exercise start with deep breathing and relaxation exercises and start slow (doing 50%of what you think you are capable of), practice a positive mindset and gratititude (even if the only thing you can be thankful for is the fact that the sun is shining). Medication for the most part was not good for me but extreme selfcare and selflove. That taught me compassion for others. I still do get flare ups caused by hormone fluctuation and viral infections.
