Sad that Kevin decided to end the show after ten glorious years. Simple concept, a wealth of great guests, a table and a black background. Thank you, Kev....buffering....
You all prolly dont care but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my login password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me
@Ryker Elisha I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and Im in the hacking process atm. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
It's funny that Cranston talks about learning a lot from Tom Hanks early on, because I like them both for the same reasons. Genuinely nice, genuinely happy to be doing what they do, genuinely gracious of the people who write, direct, crew the film's and shows they appear on. I appreciate men (and women) like this that may be the face we see but will always talk about and give credit to the people we don't see. Class act.
Cranston has been in a lot of Hanks productions like From the Earth to the Moon, Larry Crowne, That Thing You Do and also Saving Private Ryan(Hanks didn't produce but starred in).
Just over 2 hours went by in a flash. Superb. Sure wish the sound could be fixed. Have my computer turned all the way up and still straining to hear, not helped when Kevin puts his hand over his mouth. Love Dave's "Tweet 5" loop. Laugh every time.
I so much appreciate well grounded actors like Bryan Cranston. It's refreshing, especially because the face of entertainment industry has changed so radically, and is not as glamorous as it was just a few decades ago, since the internet exploded with its impact. I hope to see more stars appear in this kind of real talk shows.
With UA-cam you're seeing a lot more long form interviews podcasts. Michael Rosenbaum who played Lex Luthor on Smallville has a really good podcast also called Inside of You.
Good grief, it's HIS show and HIS style, which has culminated into his signature. The easiest way to alleviate your gripe, you ask? 1) fast fwd past it, or 2) Don't watch. Pretty simple, really.
Nigelxman . He asks such good questions, usually nobody ever asked those details in an interview. That s why i respect him . You find out many things from his interviews.
I know....I love it, too!! Kevin is absolutely as hilarious as he is intelligent. I think I've watched each and every episode of KPCS at least 3 times. KP does things so nonchalant, that I see stuff I missed the first or second time watching.
1:38:23 - “AIRWOLF” gets a mention with Cranston citing it as his favourite guest star role. Not least because he met his wife on the set, who was also a G.S. in the episode, but they and the entire guest cast, as well as the 4 regulars of the show (Jan-Michael Vincent, Ernest Borgnine, etc.) shot the entire episode aboard and outside the Queen Mary ship in Long Beach, CA - and Long Beach Airport for the finale. It isn’t one of the best episodes, but can’t be called one of its worst. It wasn’t far off, though the scenes involving Cranston were particularly gripping and compelling, when the focus was on his ex-fiancé/girlfriend (the daughter of a wealthy industrialist) and his hyper, anxious brother, who ultimately meets a devastating end.
kevin should have shared his anecdote about the whole nine yards, kind of the opposite from cranston's breaking bad experience when being considered for the role.
36:19 "Look, I feel like I'm running out of ways to explain this to you, but once more I shall try. This fly is a major problem for us: It will ruin our batch, and we need to destroy it and every trace of it so we can cook. Failing that, we're dead. There's no more room for error, not with these people." The fly was Satan, coming to take Walter White's soul.
Nice insightful interview but HOLY HELL does it take a long time for Kev to get to the point of the question! ....A few of 'em take like several actual minutes to ask! @~@ GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY, KEV! GOOD GOD!
Jeezus, relax! It's not instant gratification. It's about background and context. Inside baseball, so to speak. Some people are just so impatient for the final reveal they can't enjoy the buildup. Patience is a virtue.
It's a small thing, but I don't know how they got through this whole interview without mentioning the hat, it's three feet from his eye line and I'm just thinking..... BRYAN: (to self) He is doing it on purpose.
this is like really boring, need to have some light background music or something, the whole atmosphere just seems so terribly dull, decorate the background a little, the people that are being interviews need to feel more loose and comfortable. and maybe even have a few other people at the table to ask them some random stuff between questions,
Sad that Kevin decided to end the show after ten glorious years. Simple concept, a wealth of great guests, a table and a black background. Thank you, Kev....buffering....
I feel like I can watch and hear Bryan Cranston 24x7...
Love him so so much
TBH SAME
I knew there is some gems hidden in UA-cam. It took me months before coming across this.
Great interview! I've never heard of KPCS until yesterday, and now I'm a fan of it.
One of the best podcasts ever. You really should watch the episode where he interviews Tom Hanks.
Cranston is as down-to-earth an actor as I've seen
You all prolly dont care but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account..?

@Ryker Elisha it worked and I now got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thanks so much, you really help me out :D
@Phillip Mitchell happy to help xD

I know it's a bit obvious, but there is something to be said about being a nice person consistently.
Cranston has been in a lot of Hanks productions like From the Earth to the Moon, Larry Crowne, That Thing You Do and also Saving Private Ryan(Hanks didn't produce but starred in).
How have I not seen this interview yet !
Love Bryan Cranston!

Cranston is definitly one of the seven wonders of the world
He is the 8th wonder
You are amazing Bryan Cranston...
the number makes me wish this were actually the 78th time he'd sat down with Bryan Cranston for a 2 hour long interview
Why does this channel not have more views
Interview starts at 21:48
interview starts at 22:00
Wish you had asked Bryan about his roller boogie dance in Malcom in the Middle. It was remarkable.

Ahmet Wepaogly thanks!
Jesus god the 20 minute intros are mind numbing
You stop it! You stop it now! Or at least put the start of the interview in the description! Nice walken impression but still! Stop it!
Good grief, it's HIS show and HIS style, which has culminated into his signature. The easiest way to alleviate your gripe, you ask? 1) fast fwd past it, or 2) Don't watch. Pretty simple, really.
@CJ Olin yeah, but clearly you understand the inability to observe something you disagree with and just keep your mouth shut about it.
christopher walken?!! Brilliant..
Actor, president, everyone
is happy when they kill a fly.
Kevin Pollak annoys the fuck out of me and loves to hear himself talk, but good interview nonetheless thanks to Bryan.
We waffles on all the fucking time, ridiculous protracted questions, agree 100 percent.
Yep, Its like when I listen to Maron.. He can do a good interview but I don' t want to hear 20 minuets of shit first.
Nigelxman . He asks such good questions, usually nobody ever asked those details in an interview. That s why i respect him . You find out many things from his interviews.
Hey Kevin, WE worked together on "Truth or Consequences, N.M." 'Member? LOL
That was a kinda long way through that joke for that punch. But funny
I love Breaking bad as much as the next guy, but I would have loved to have heard more about Malcolm in the Middle and Seinfeld.
Agree with you 100%.
Both were huge roles and something I would have loved to hear more about.
HONESTLY
15:51 that buffering gag got me XD

I'm playing catch-up on this channel. Love the show!
How do you not have Jeremy Sisto!?!?
kevin should have shared his anecdote about the whole nine yards, kind of the opposite from cranston's breaking bad experience when being considered for the role.

Trivia question:
Which two Breaking Bad principle actors had minor roles in Little Miss Sunshine?
go fuck yourself. nes pas?

Wow random... just watched The Cinema Snob riff The Corpse Grinders the other night.
I love the show, love Kev and Bryan.....but the 120hz drone from the air conditioning or whatever is producing it .... is killing me
please stop those intro's...
Fuck. No.
I really liked him on Seinfeld.
Walter White finally killed the fly from the superlab.

I think Bryan Cranston's the first guest I've seen laugh at the T5 intro.

oh god not another Christopher walken impersonation, why not edit all those boring parts out?
oh no not the rob reiner story again
dave hageman shut the fuck up man
if my feedback puts a stop to just one Christopher Walken impersonation it will have been worth it

Bryan Cranston has won 6 emmys not 3, do your research.

Great guests but pollak leads them answers his own questions talks over them
Kevin polk drunk
it's pronounced vilyonee
it's such an insulting waste of time to make the guests play these stupid boring games
Good lord...nauseating interview. Thirty minutes in I couldn't listen anymore. Two egos stroking each other. I was ready to heave.
This was going great until Cranston showed up and fucked the whole flow up. More "inside sader" stuff, please.
