9/8 SUNDAY 10 PM TROPICAL UPDATE: Potential Tropical Cyclone 6 in the western Gulf is expected to become Tropical Storm Francine on Monday, strengthening into a hurricane mid-week before making landfall somewhere along western Gulf coast. Impacts will be felt in NW Florida, but it's still too early to pinpoint the exact location and magnitude of those impacts.
