When I put bullbars & winches on my 70 S, I used to put the bullbar on 2 sawstools, mouth up. I then installed the winch & rolled the bull ar up & slid it onto the chassis rails. No heavy lifting & subsequent back strain. Cheers Keith.
1) A credit to you for supporting Australian made. Keep up the good work. 2) I hope you put on head light protectors, A sun visor and keep those splitties. Good on you.
had an arb on my hilux, good bar but always hated how the spotlights were proud of the bar and not protected. after roos broke 2 sets of spotties i replaced it with a hopper knocker 4 post and havent looked back. Arb id deffintly the way to go for 4wding heaps more clearance
4:53 I also notice you have the old 70 and a 45 series landcruiser. Any plans for the 45? Also are you going to be putting parts from the old 70 onto this one?
Ive just been slowly fixing up the 45 not too sure what the end goal for it is yet, will do another video on it in the future. so far its been all new parts, there's nothing ive needed off the 75 yet
random question: How tall are you? you've mentioned height restrictions/discomforts in the 75. I'm nearly 2m tall and searching into a possible purchase of one of these ute's. Test drove a local (US) HZJ73 and was a bit cramped. also, more random. what are the shorts you wore in the video?
We were meant to start posting again last Thursday but we had some stuff come up and couldn't finish the video in time, this week we should have a new video out!
Definitely the most important mod for me if I didn't have it, my engine bay would be more kangaroo than engine

what do you think of a 5 post tuff bar
Yeah great bar, well made.
Originally i was going to get one for the 75 but felt abit over kill for what i need
Where did u get the fly screen radiator cover from? Also, I'm going to be fixing some steel mesh to mine, like you had on your old bar.
It was on there when i got the 79 but the tag says it's from Bj canvas, Queensland.
Are you keeping the tray or going with a tub?
Going to get a new tray and eventually make a trailer setup for the camping gear
When’s the next video/s coming out? I’m getting impatient
Tomorrow at 9am
Hey mate is that a gloss black or Saturn black
Gloss black 👍
What's your intro music? Been watching your videos, picking up a 75 this week!
G’day, Do you if a 79 series bull bar would fit on a 75 series, Or can you point me in direction of someone who would know ? Cheers
Yeah it will fit a 75, the mounting points are the same
Great vid mate is that the deluxe or the commercial bar from arb?
Cheers mate, its the deluxe bar
Hey mate. As far as i can gather, in the deluxe bar you bolt the winch straight onto the bar right? No cradle needed?
Yeah its all built as one piece. So just drop in, bolt it up and your all good to go

What cha doing with the old bar m8? :D
Please, can I join with you? I love Toyota and I want to learn how to maintain old cars
Surely you’d swap the steel cable for synthetic...
Why no uploads lately?

Always use never seize...no rusted bolts.
+1, some anti-seize on that thread will one day pay off for ya
Definitely! If only the last owner used some....
Buildin70s Great vídeo mate, after that endorsement I’ll be buying ARB no question
