    Yo bro so can you answer this question I want to get my natural hair back & grow it out naturally permanently & I got my hair relaxed last august 2022 , & didn’t get a retouch again second time November 2022 then the third time in March 2023 then the final time May 2023 & the person i was getting them done by she didn’t do it right & was only putting it on all of my hair that was relaxed . & I don’t know what to do I went to a new barber because she was my barber until she messed it up & I asked him to cut it & got it cut down in august with a 5 guard & still realized that I still have straight roots & I’ve been trying to sponge it works a lil bit what should I do the big chop or grow it out & will my roots grow back naturally ? if I grow it out I relaxed my hair 4 times from august November March & May I think if May be over processed & hope not . I was thinking about getting it braided & growing it out & wearing it out

    • @thewinstonee

      So your roots are natural and the ends of your hair are texturized?

  • @elarifuchiwa9842
    @elarifuchiwa9842 Рік тому

    Another question how often you put the s curl only on the roots

    • @thewinstonee
      @thewinstonee  Рік тому +1

      You usually want to do it every 6 weeks. That’s when you start seeing new growth

    Outstanding as always bro, I have the same fade as yourself and hair just reached shoulder length so will be switching to the red s curl texturised for my next touch up 🙏🙏🖤 keep up the hard work and stay driven!!!! Also what do I do if any of the hair comes out abit too straight from texturising?

    • @thewinstonee
      @thewinstonee  Рік тому +1

      Thanks man I appreciate it 🙏🏾. I would suggest using leave in conditioner and a curling cream if it’s a little too straight. That’s should get it to curl enough at least to blend in with the rest of your hair

      @@thewinstoneeok thanks so much. Bc I have long hair and I want it to look like a Jheri curl bc they say the s curl is kinda like a spin off of the Jheri curl. It will work on long hair right ?

    • @thewinstonee
      @thewinstonee  11 місяців тому +1

      Yea it will work on long hair. And yea it’s not the exact same as a Jheri curl, but with the right hair products you can make it look like one after

    So does the texturized hair still grow and get longer? Or is it underneath it

    • @thewinstonee
      @thewinstonee  5 місяців тому

      Your hair will still grow but when it grows, it’ll be natural hair coming out of your scalp. So if I gets long enough, you’ll have texturized hair towards the end of your hair and natural hair towards your roots.

      Sorry for the late response. It doesn’t tell me when someone has replied. Do you use shampoo and conditioner on your hair? Also, you might need to switch your products to a different brand. Gel also makes hair stiff

    Hey, I’m thinking about texturizing my already curly hair just so it’s looser and easier to manage but I’m afraid of needing to cut all my hair if it goes wrong. How long have you been texturizing and is the damage worth it? Has your hair become easier to manage? And if so, do you recommend it?
