“Thank you Jesus!” Spoken like a good ole Southern Boy!
YUP!
I hope the fourth puppy showed up eventually. It was great that they were able to follow you. Reminded me of the dog who found my daughter in the snow and walked her back to his cabin. Animals are amazing! His name was Bear and just about as big as one. He was three times bigger than she, but she was totally at ease with him. She’d been playing near our cabin and became disoriented. Luckily she remembered the woodpecker door knocker so they called the sheriff who contacted us and all ended well. She was over a half mile away at the end because she held Bear’s fur and he took her to his house. We had tried to follow her tracks but they went in every direction. A real harrowing experience for us as parents but she was not frightened at all.
Future episode finishes the story, it gets worse;) Glad you found bear!
@@TruckHouseLife please tell us the last dog is ok!
@@TruckHouseLife wtf...
@@lds623a future episode tells the story don't wanna give it all away;)
Alaska is on my bucket list. That is some of the most beautiful country I have ever seen. Love your channel man.
Yup gorgeous state! thanks man!
I’m having a blast going back and catching up on all your kick ass adventures! You can ride that snow machine like a BOSS!! 👍🙏🤘
That’s a perfect example as to why all my sleds have reverse glad u got out of it shit happens quick out there
Reverse would have sunk the track, there was no base to the snow. I could have dug, but was running out of daylight so decided to just turn around down in the alders. I could have maybe pinned it and kicked hard right back onto the road, but if it sunk hard the sled might have gone flying off into the alders and ripped a throttle cable or something, wasn't worth taking the chance;)
@@TruckHouseLife yeah good choice man I absolutely think you made the right call (ps. would love to go riding with you some day)
This guy just rolls in like a boss. Top of mountain
You shoulda been there haha
It's funny it's hot as hell but yet watching you tear it up helps pass the time till snow again 16 more fridays to go ! Be safe
lol I'll try.
Looking forward to it. Glad everything ended up ok!! Be safe out there Brother!
Yup it was an interesting trip, this video is just the first one that kicks the 3 video trip off haha!
I like how it feels like u bring us along, love your sillyness💕
Yup, that's what I'm going for;)
Hey Timmy that was great I really enjoyed that one sitting here sweltering in Australia. Watching you in the snow is this closest I can get to getting cool again
Sounds miserable down there lol, I can't do heat that well.
Yowza...another epic video...scary at times. Why isn't this a Netflix series? Great stuff. If it were me, my corpse would be on side of road when your snowmobile got stuck. You have a lot of chill and deal with adversity like a champ! Rock on.
lol gotta stay calm;)
Just watch this because you mentioned it in the identeral twenty twenty four, All I know is I'm so glad I found you. This is a great channel and you are fun to travel with.
Timmy....you had the entire road to yourself..about 3 lanes wide, and you still managed to drive off the road 🤪
I probably shouldn’t mention that I teach Drivers ed for a living LOL
@@TruckHouseLife yea...keep that one to yourself 😉
@@TruckHouseLife yeah anyway.... 😂😂
I’m so glad your doing this I at least get to see the world as I never did, just be ba careful and God Bless
Brave, resourceful, determined, inspiring, and caring. Another nailbiter. Thanks for all your hard work! Great job! ❤
Wow!! You had me on edge most of the time in this video. Glad you made it safely to the lodge and sure hope that the missing dog came back. 😮❤😊
This was a very adventurous trip. I loved it man. To bad about the fourth dog. Hope someone found it. Thanks man. Would have loved to be on the trip with you.
This is how you save your ass. You dig out the snow on the uphill side, under the track and under the right ski, so you level the sled out. Then you either use your reverse to back out or simply turn your front skis to the right for their maximum angle, and drive right out forward.
No that was not you that was Jesus! 😆
@@TruckHouseLife Stepping on the snow behind the track, compacts that snow so reverse would be less likely to trench. Reverse also requires a very careful and even application of throttle. Also stepping on the snow behind the skis is often required to keep them from digging in as well.
@@screamdoctor yup, this snow was baseless blower though, the stomping wasn't doing much;)
Very suspenseful episode well done
Lol Thanks man wasn’t planning all the suspense
You are a wild and crazy guy, stay safe Timmy
wild maybe, crazy yes
Dude that was killer awesome, bucket list good
thanks man
You sir lead a good life.
I try.
You capture the excitement perfect that we all have when getting out of a sticky Sno-go situation.
Try to at least;)
@@TruckHouseLife as an Alaskan, I enjoy watching you deal with a crappy Alaskan situation and still keeping as much of a smile on your face as possible. I also love to see you show how dependent we are on our fellow Alaskans and how we rise to help those in need out. Great stuff. I take a lot of notes on your videos.
Famous last words: "I'm going to go over the mountain pass to cut off 10 miles." - In Alaskan out back! : o
lol
That was Epic! That was Bad Ass! I don't think folks have any idea how high of a risk each adventure you take into the winter wonderland is. The last 3 sled trips have been extreme. We hope the 4th sled dog was found. Look forward to next weeks video. Mark (& Teresa)
Thanks! yeah it was a fun (i think) adventure, next few videos tell the story;) it gets worse lol
Great time! I wish I could come there! Michigan is a long way away from Alaska. Loving the adventures.
Awesome video very cool 🇨🇦🛠️🇨🇦🛠️
Thanks 👍
"Woohooo...yeah boy!" When you made it back on the road you should have broke out into song with some Willie Nelson..."On the Road Again". 😆
Loved your reaction..."Thank you Jesus!" ×3
You're a great guy, Timmy, going back out in the cold to help find the dogs.
Oh and the northern lights...incredibly breathtaking! Wow!!!
haha yup! was pretty thankful to make it back on the road.
That sounds like a heart stopper stay safe
Trying to!
Not sure if it would have worked for you but when on a side hill like that throw your front foot on the ski and put all your weight on it. Then the ski can dig in and sometimes guide you out vs drag you down the hill like it did for you.
Yup I wish, the snow was sugar and ski was on the ground, could have dug but was running out of daylight.
Very entertaining Timmy! Thanks for sharing your funny adventure! 😄 cant wait for the next one!
Thanks! The next one gets worse lol
@Truck House Life Will there be more Thank You Jesus moments? 😄
Damn! Can’t wait to see how this adventure unfolds😱
Oh it unfolded alright.
Enjoyed that .. thank for taking me along for the ride. Checking out Bob's Vlogs too. Thumbs up!
Awesome man thanks! and yeah, support Bob, he's one cool dude!
Spent 2 yrs as RN at Bethel Ak. Rode my Polaris all over the tundra and up and down Kuskokwim river in winter. Memories , thanks man. My friend actually lost his sled at edge of river once. We had to go in and retrieve it....dang cold when your wet..lol
Dang, glad you friend is alright!
I did the same exact trip last year with my son. -15 degrees riding in. Great time, great lodge.
awesome! and cold!
I love the cold starts of ur 7.3 iconic engines👌🔥
haha right?! Hasn't failed yet somehow!
Great job sir !!!!
Thanks!
Awesome video bud thx for taking us along. I would love to experience that type of adventure compared to the daily stuff u come across out here in regular society lol cant get any more night and day than that. Working towards it tho
Thanks man and go get after it you can do all the same stuff yourself! :)
Those dogs had a story to tell
oh I bet they do.
For what its wearth..I used too race for a living and pretty well lived on snow machines in a little town in the interior of British Columbia Canada . In my opinion you need to spend some time with a well seasoned snowmobiler to learn some tricks of the trade like getting back on the road from the spot you ended up off the road on your way to the lodge. Its all pretty much weight distribution and throttle responce to get out of those stuck and tite spots. Also I very much enjoy you videos so please please please take a buddy when out sledding. Too much deal can happen in seconds out there. Enough preachin..keep on keeping on.
Cheers
Blake
That was a good adventure brother! Love you! Hope the 4th pup eventually turned up!
Thanks man! The future episode will show what happened next, it gets crazier.
Can’t wait for the premier!!! It’s a cool -32 this morning in northern Alberta 🇨🇦✌️❄️🥶
Stay warm!
You’re hardcore! Nothing makes you feel more alive than being scared shitless, eh?! Be careful, we want to see more videos. 🤘
LOL thanks man, Yep being scared definitely makes you feel alive
Yes. Right up until the thing you are scared of kills and eats you.
At that point you are probably not still alive. What with being eaten and all, I mean.
@@davearonow65 😂👍
Love your adventures! Pretty darn cool and sketchy at times! Stay safe!
Thanks! Will do!
Timbo! You sure do PUSH that machine!!! Happy it's faithful to you........."join the crowd"?? Awesome video! Thanks
Thanks! I try not to push them but it just happens
I saw you needed to push it this time.......
It Was Amazingly Wonderful Timmy, Thank You, always, Tommy :-)
thanks man!
Glad you made an effort to look for the dogs, be safe god bless your heart ❤
Thanks:)
We just picked up the Garmin InReach for our adventures too! It’s nice having a little backup plan should things go awry!
Nice, yeah you don’t want to rely on it but feels pretty good to have it
Aurora borealis?!
Wow.
I hope you found the puppers
That looked amazing
Yup northern lights were awesome that night! Future episode covers the dog, it gets worse lol
Yikes 😮 glad you’re ok 🇨🇦
Wow I never noticed that the drone footage makes SUCH a huge difference. That is what gives the real experience of being there!
Yeah the drone definitely makes it, wish I had mine for the trip this drone with someone else’s and they let me use the footage, wrecked my drone right before the trip, now it’s back up and running though
Truck House Life lol yah buddy
U r wild . When the snow machine went off the road , yikes. Ty ty for caring about the pups
We love you buddy♥️
loved the shot of the dogs running ahead of your snow mobile. That must have been exhilarating!
It was cool, but paid the consequences for it in the next video lol
Oh no!!!! Praying they found the 4th pup....fudge 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Future episode to tell;) It gets worse though lol
Another good one ! Keep living it up brother ! I love it!
Thanks man!
My favorite channel and coolest dude on UA-cam!
Haha awesome man, appreciate the kind words:)
I'm going to start calling you Murphy like murphys law LOL!
Another great vid. Thanks Timmy. The hand of the Lord is upon you. Be blessed.
Thanks for the kind words
Love it love it love it, your attitude and spirit is exhilarating Timmy. Greetings again from the sandy shores of Long Beach CA USA 🇺🇸 on this spectacular winter's day. I've been waiting a few days for this preview since you announced it, thought I'd quickly sit and take your adventure in before I head down the So. Cal coast on one of my cool bicycles for a brief 30 mile ride.
Love it Timmy, I'm gonna borrow a Steely Dan lyric for a moment, "Get back Jack (Timmy) do it again" 👍👍👍👍👍☆☆☆☆☆
Thanks! Soak some sun for me!
I took in a little extra of this EPIC So. Cal sun for you, did ya feel it ? 🏖☀️🏝
@@danabergman3411 nope lol
Wow, what an adventure that was, when your ready for anything, I guess it's just another day lol stay safe my friend
Thanks man, try to be safe lol
Love your videos, reminds me of when I was younger. Friends & I would trek out into the Florida Everglades back country every year. Camp, fish and drink beer for weeks at a time. Civilization sucks.
Thanks man:)
Awesome video man
Appreciate it!
❤️Watched the other one first then this one so we saw how u got there, wat a wild ride. I know it's 2 yrs later but hopefully the other puppy was found. As always we live ur videos 👏🤗💜💙💛🥶🌨️❄️
I can't figure it out, but there's some kind of magic, or just extreme wonderfulness to your videos. I guess it could be... you....yea, could be you...not sure.
Glad you made it! I hope the forth dog was found safe!
Please stay safe!
Awesome video; glad you're ok. Hope they found the fourth pup!!
Thanks! Next few videos will finish the story, it gets worse lol

I just started to watch your videos a few days ago!! You’re very informative and I like that you’re funny too. Excellent videos!!
I was impressed when you gave thanks to Jesus regarding your safety. 👏
Thank u!
Great video man!
Amazing life my friend!!!!
Very cool! Little mistakes can have some big consequences out there-- great video!
Thanks and you were absolutely right!
Cant wait!!! Should release it now!!!
It's still uploading and gotta give ya somethin to look forward to;)
Badass running with the dogs!
yup, didn't know they were going to keep following me 17 miles though lol
Great vid!
Thanks!
Hey Timmy I don't know if you have tried this, but if you ever get into a out of control situation going down a steep slope (full breaks and just sliding faster and faster with the track locked up), try and push the reverse button and then just gun it! I usually try and stop before I think it's getting too steep to stop with just brakes and put it in reverse and then take the plunge, feathering the gas all the way down. That's a sweet lodge.
yup only had to do that once down a huge icy hill lol, kinda worked but got squirellier
So I was stationed at Eielson AFB from 95 to 2002 with most of that time spent at Summit Lake and the Hoodoo Range (Arctic Man site). I kept looking at a way to snowmobile from Birch Lake, east of North Pole, to Maclaren River Lodge (just down from Alpine Creek lodge. Pretty long ride and wouldn't be easy but would make for a pretty epic adventure and view on both sides of the mountains. On the other side of the Tanana river from Birch lake is Delta Creek and there is a pack trail that runs all of the way up the Alaska Range there, not sure if Stan lives at the old post office (by Delta Creek) there or not. Might be some big hill climbs and some gas logistics to work out but would be a lot of fun I think. Wish I was still there...miss AK every day!!!
Cool man, yeah that's an awesome area up there, I'll have to stare at a map to check out the route your describing sometime;)
Wow glad you made it! Those were some lucky dogs
me too!
Timmy, Check out Gunfighters inc chest holster for your 44mag. That is what I use for mine. They usually have a short waiting list but they are worth it ! Sweet views I miss Alaska. One day I'll get the chance to move back. Until then guess I'll just watch every video from you 🤙🤙
awesome man I'll do that! Been needing to do that for a while.
Great adventure!! Looks like a great place to stay!
Thanks and yes Alpine Creek Lodge is awesome!
Great video... keep them coming man
Thanks! Will do!
Thank you, Jesus indeed. Man I was feeling that.
Thanks for all your content. New subscriber. I have got to try one of those snowmobile trips!!
Awesome and welcome! and yes, you should, they are crazy fun!
That was so good of you to help look for the Dog!
Felt like I had to lol.
Sooo cool man. I miss Alaska, it’s so extreme and beautiful up there.
Yup love it up here!

pretty please
I hope that you put out the rest of your adventure there 👍🏻😀. I hope that the fourth dog gets found.

Looking forward to the video!!
Same here!
Leaving us on a cliff hanger! cool episode man.
haha yup!
Awesome looks like fun but glad you made it alive.
Same here!
What an awesome adventure dude, love it. As a long time BC sledder just a pro tip, stomp all the snow down under the high side of the tracks and skies when stuck like that to level the sled then you should be golden to roar back up outa there. Cheers and enjoy . Jerry
Yeah it was just sugar and alders, no base, the camera angle made it look super mellow lol, I just felt like I was getting short on daylight to dig haha
@@TruckHouseLife Ya man...I would probably have done the same, haha.Your cabin seems to be holding up well, great memories your making!!!
Dollars to donuts the next sled has reverse. 😆
lol this one has reverse, but the snow was sugar/no base, the track would have sunk instantly
Tim, you are brave.from Boise
Dude- Feathered Friends!!; woo-hoo, another Seattle institution. Been using their stuff since the 90's. -QAnne guy
They are the most awesome jackets!
Those sled dogs at the Brushcana are Jessie Holmes dogs from Life Below Zero.. super great dude!
nice!
In that area -20F is when it warms up LOL I would go for the -40F bag personally. But with all your other layers you "should" survive. Keep up the cool videos from a 40 yr Alaskan.
Thanks man! Yup I would have just dug a Quinzee or snow trench, way warmer in those than outside temps.
