This is one of the best episodes of the entire season. If they had aired this 2nd or 3rd, the audience would've gotten to know Tiffany much better and faster and I bet she would have stayed for season 5! She is VERY underrated. She's great in the sorority episode too - but again, it aired too late in the season.
