DIY Rooftop Sprinkler (2 versions)

Simple rooftop sprinkler to thwart ash and embers that accompany wildfires. Materials and assembly instructions included.
Each sprinkler runs from standard garden hose bib. I recommend buying a battery operated timer, so you can wet down the roof and surrounding property if you are forced to evacuate. Total cost is less than $50 bucks.
Version 1 is made completely from 1/2" PVC and is weighted down with sand filling the tubes. Version 2 has legs made from 3/4" PVC filled with concrete and is much heavier. No change in sprinkler performance, just better stability in high winds.
