OK after changing many parts out on the bike including the fuel pump I had reused the top hose only to find out no the hose from the fuel pump inside the tank to the filter was blown out on one side. Therefore it was causing fuel pressure loss yesterday's end was not enough to keep up RPM. Sorry I took so long updating the description thank you very much for watching
