I have been incorporating all these with some core stability things. Still can’t bend forward or get up from a chair or bed without stiffness and small lateral shift.
All your videos have been so helpful. Is it just a matter of time to resolve the remaining symptoms?
Like I feel like the last bit is taking forever and it’s been 2 weeks since the onset of the injury which they said was a muscle spasm but pretty sure it includes a herniated disc as well. I have gotten so much better but I am just maybe impatient and upset with myself for being unable to do certain things and feeling useless.
Either way thank you for all the information and techniques you have put up. They have truly been very helpful.

silverhelms, I'm glad you're recovering well so far and yes, it's just a matter of time... Healing can take anywhere from a couple weeks to over 6 weeks, so hang in there and keep moving forward without pushing too hard. Bending forward and lifting are typically the last two things to recover. I recommend not lifting any loads heavier than about 5 pounds for at least 6 weeks to allow healing time on muscles, ligaments and discs. Thank you for sharing your comment and I wish you all the best!

Sourish, good question. I encourage you to go through my back exam video to assess which direction of movement relieves your symptoms and then continue with those exercises. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/qStFb2yl3WQ/v-deo.html.
