Ah thank you so much for the lovely comment and for watching! Jackfruit doesn't taste like much, but the texture is amazing - it's like a pulled 'meat' and because it has no flavour it works great with any kind of sauce, BBQ, hoisin, teriyaki etc. :-) X

There's no one that inspires me more to lock myself in the kitchen and try all those amazing recipes :) I've been vegetarian but like 95% vegan for a long time and your videos and seeing all those amazing ideas and all that goodness were one of the reasons why I took that extra step from not being 100% vegan to fully confessing to it xx

I have these lunch boxes, square and regular. They are honestly the best addition to my tupperware/lunch prep boxes, and I wouldnt trade them for anything. So versatile for hot AND cold, and easy to clean, even by hand.

I love monbento. I have the square and orginal. The lighter colors do stain over time, but they're great. I use silicone cupholders if I want to really divide up my box, for like tacos.
I don't usually comment but this series has really helped me transition to a plant-based diet at university and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for your continued dedication to inspire others to do the same!

Chick pea sandwich 10 minutes ago and wished I made more and will be taking the pasta to work tomorrow which btw my Co workers asked if I could meal prep for their week lol because I shared my lunch the other day and they can't believe that these are vegan meals lol. Tip! The small indent between the top and bottom layers is a great place to store some flat sweets or vegan chocolate for an extra treat!

So I have been debating becoming vegan due to its core values but I am a picky eater (have been since I was a child). This video has inspired me so much and I love how realistic these lunch ideas are. You have helped me change my mindset on vegetables too, so thank you.

So I tried the BBQ wrap ♥️♥️ with the side of cucumbers it was filling and delicious but not to heavy for me to complete my full shift. Chick pea sandwich 10 minutes ago and wished I made more and will be taking the pasta to work tomorrow which btw my Co workers asked if I could meal prep for their week lol because I shared my lunch the other day and they can't believe that these are vegan meals lol. I told them about your channel, Your changing the world for the better one meal idea after another and also helping people make new friends. Your meals helped strike a conversation THANK YOU.

Loving all the lunch combo ideas! Would love to see a video on ideas for a 5 day week of breakfasts on the go too - say for travelling or to carry and take to work, with practical containers/storage! I know you do recipes in your 'What I eat in a day' videos but would be great to see something focusing solely on breakfast :)

LEEN ्े॥ PEREIRA-03 So do I... most people work 9-5 Monday to Friday however, and this is for people that go to school as well which is also during the week. Since I upload these videos on a Sunday it’s easier for me to do 5 lunches to get the video edited and uploaded for the Sunday.
