      @@goelalphonz8798 I don't watch streamers live since it's an intentional time sink, but I'd be a liar if I didn't say that Lud used to make somewhat entertaining content I would occasionally see on UA-cam before he started almost exclusively stealing other's videos because it was easy content farming. Still doesn't mean he's said anything anyone should actually hold in high regard.

      I feel like I'm living under a rock or something. I am not too deep into Twitch streaming, but I know most people Ludwig collaborates with, yet I only learned about Ludwigs existence like 1 year ago. The moment I saw him I thought "He looks like a kid who's friends with everyone because he has rich parents". To me he appeared out of nowhere and was suddenly friends with everyone, even though he had less personality than any of them.

    It's so refreshing to have a to the point explanation about that community. Ludwig was the one to say that "I am not your friend" that he is disconnected from the audience.     Many of these "influencers" WERE socially deprived children before they lucked into the fame and fortune. Even the attractive, popular people who lucked into their fame are still socially inept due to the fact most if not all of their friendships and relationships were likely shallow. I base this claim on the hilarious lack of self awareness, maturity and critical thinking most of the top streamers/content creators display.

She clearly has influence in the shape of gearing his life towards boxing, something she loves, tattoos in a similar style to hers, something she loves, overcompensating for a "problematic past", which she's done after saying shit about the holocaust.
      Despite that, we can't act like Ian has no agency. Saying it's all Anisa is effectively the same argument as these idiots saying they're responsible for the actions of the thousands of people who watch them and their actions.
      Were his actions influenced? Most likely. It wasn't like a gun was held to his head and he was forced to make these bad choices. He's choosing to alienate his old fans and he should have to stand on that view whether he was influenced or not.

He justified it along the lines of seeing why women do it because of the market that's available and that he has zero issue with that. I can't remember the specific video but I've seen the clip in a few videos.
      I don't agree with his stance and think there are negative side effects to engaging in sex work but he didn't hard pivot into defending sex work from an anti-sex work perspective like some people think.

    I like how they are trying to frame this as a bunch of people just begging for iCuckz to run around screaming the "N-word". That literally has nothing to do with it.       The problem is the parents just sit around and let the Internet raise their kids. UA-cam has far, far lower standards (in terms of video content) than any traditional TV station. Kids in the 1980s and 1990s grew up watching cartoons on Saturday mornings with real messages and real writers. Kids now watch Pewdiepie, some brat named Ryan, and other bottom-of-the-barrel "entertainment."

    Yeah, I was a Ludbud during pandemic times. Over time, stuff started to clear out and noticed hypocritical behavior while promoting eco-chambers. This whole video is 100% accurate and in my opinion just a perfect example of narrative manipulation.
    I just stopped looking at any of that community. Their "content" is lazy and their morals are trash.
    My message to you reader: Strive to be a better person, compare information and think on your own what makes sense and what is irrational.

      I'm in the exact same boat. Lud used to be my favourite streamer but then he started getting political.
      I think the tipping point for me was when he asked the UA-cam CEO if his girlfriend's podcast got demonetised because it's a female-run podcast, and not the fact that the entire set is full of bottoms of alcohol (which is against TOS).
      LA is a virus which is Undefeated. Everyone who moved there eventually becomes cucked.

      @@cuyxjrplays he doesn't dictate every aspect of my life but in particular he's the reason i stopped using ableist slurs that my terminally online behavior normalized and he debunked this ignorant line of thinking that i had to justify using those words even if i didn't have any hate behind what i said. Not a plea for sympathy when i say this but i don't have anyone in my personal life i can look up to for guidance or a second opinion and i feel like that's unfortunately the case for most people these days who grew up like I did, raised more by the internet than my parental guardian. UA-cam personalities are the only reason I'm doing as well in my life as I am right now. Absentee father differential I guess lol. I still do my best to apply my own interpretation of advice as it pertains to my personal desires, but it really helps to have a well rounded take on something that has been on my mind with no one to talk to about it, like whether or not saying the r word was okay. It plagued my mind for a while and it took someone who wasn't just virtue bullying me to actually sit me down and explain to me why it's not ok to say that word, and it finally clicked.

    I've been thinking this. I'm like: I bet if I did the leg work I could find a million examples of them not applying these standards to themselves.
    Its just that their "irresponsible" moments aren't in the spotlight cause their content isn't superficially edgy. Only when it comes to their ACTIONS do they show their hand, so they can get away with making impossible standards to (I think) push up their agenda/career/opinions and push down everything that's a threat to it. namely, commentary channels, especially those that use comedy to make it more accessible.
    Cause they're certainly not doing this shit because they've thought it through.

    really hope stanz and ludwig are fully prepared to take full accountability and responsibility for every single action and bad decision their audience makes. that entire point is just so ridiculous. they're essentially saying that the people in their audience can't take responsibility for their own actions and they, as content creators, need to baby them and make sure they're objectively in the right all the time. it's just bizarre. if you were going around saying the n word because of idubbbz, or any other content creator, that is solely your own fault. take responsibility for your actions, acknowledge that you were a bad person and that you've changed. that's it. it's not the fault of a content creator if you were going around being racist several years ago. that is your own. if you were a child watching idubbbz, you shouldn't have been watching him in the first place and the responsibility lies on your parents and the adults around you for failing to raise you properly.
