I was going to thumb down this video purely bc it's subject matter (dallas) HOWEVER, your presentation is very clear, structured, articulate, well-researched so for that reason I am thumbing up!
This video is going to be part of a series, so will definitely get to that area as well. But in the meantime if you any questions reach out. 214-506-0608 or email kristen@socialagentgroup.com
I have relatives who want to move to Texas from California and want me to come. California is so much better then Texas I do not see why anyone moves to Texas-- except maybe no State Taxes-- but Texas gets it back in property taxes. I like football-- but I see high school football teams in Texas with over 100 players on the varsity teams-because the high schools are over-populated! A pro football team only has 52 players! A High School senior class should be about 400 students max not almost 2000. Many people in Texas say "California" is causing housing problems for Texas. However, some of the schools in the Dallas- Frisco- Plano- Fort Worth area-- are 70 to 90 percent Asian? More Diversity is coming from the South Side of Chicago to Dallas -yet so many people blame California for the problems in Texas. Reply
as a pure unbiased assessor, I am in 100% agreement except this weird part: "However, some of the schools in the Dallas- Frisco- Plano- Fort Worth area-- are 70 to 90 percent Asian? " There is a real 'disconnect' - perhaps some would say 'unjustified hype' - when it comes to texas - I would analogize it to the perception hype of the dallas cowboys vs. actual reality (season results)! also, houston is by far the worst city in all of the USA (houston is a part of texas and more broadly: 'the south')
@@whymovetodallas The more I think about this topic "texas vs. ny/California I think i t truly comes down to wealth-class: if lower class or even middle-class I would actually recommend texas (not houston) if upper-upper class: like $5M+ I would recommend California; 100% if $20M+

Thanks for watching it through 🙂 glad you hopefully found some value in it.
How do these compare to Keller, North Richland Hills or Colleyville in North Ft Worth?

If that’s the case, why do you relatives want o move to Texas? Must be some reason?
