Had a couple people tell me thy had to sell their home in some parts of Forney because the neighborhood got bad or because renters wanted section 8 in their area. Forbes got some good areas and not so good areas. Also make sure you do your own research in the area and ask about the area. Also always do a home inspection even if the home is new because some of these new builders are terrible.
Im looking at Rockwall , Rowlett, Addison, Bishop Arts n Downtown Dallas area because i still want to be close to the city. But dream wise Plano n Frisco is where i really want to be for the long haul.
Forney was the first town we were introduced to moving from St. Louis. Loved the area, but we were being sold a house that couldn't be appraised at the sale price, so we bounced to Waxahachie.
Those are looked at "undesirable" areas for most people so I doubt he'd ever make a video on them but Red Oak, Glen Heights, DeSoto, Cedar Hill are great communities. I live within those areas so I can attest.
@@kerseydavishatten4983 its a great place too. A lot of great events places the city recently just built like Chicken & Pickle and Epic Central. They have a small farmers market which is neat. I'm not sure about new builds but it has established homes that range in 250,000 to 400,000. Definitely use the sites he uses like Crime Grade and Niche. Oh and they have a great water light show called illuvia at Epic Central that on warm spring nights would be great for the kids. My family loved it
Man, I’m detailed oriented like yourself, and people ask me a lot about the area from back home or when I’m traveling. I’ll send them to your videos! People don’t realize how big DFW is! Soon to be DFFW!
Frisco is a suburb... it's not the county seat and it's not even the most populated town in that county. It has no public transportation and no real hub of culture/commerce.
@@raysaraye6063good luck! I’m closing on a home in Glenn Heights this week after years of research. Hope I don’t find the boogeyman when I get there :) My lender is a black man with a family living in Mansfield, and he loves it.
Sachs’s is great. Like there for a few years and only moved because we bought a house. The only bad thing about Sachse is your gonna have to get on the toll on the regular if going to other places but it’s ways around it if you got time.
“Oak Cliff, only In Oak Cliff. Where u can tell the Rafff from da Rifff” 👏 Oakcliff is the only place to be in Dallas. Only 5 min south of downtown. 30 min to ft Worth. 20 min to Love Field Airport. 15 min to Cedar Hill. 35 min to Irving. Definitely centrally Located. Forney was Country. They are building it up. It’s still Country and nothing is going on out there. And the traffic is horrible, not only during rush hour.
This is clearly a real estate professional that focuses on the east and northeast markets in the Dallas area. Just realize there are other suburbs that are likely equal or better located west northwest and southern parts of the city.
There’s 50 videos on this channel. You can take the time to go through a few you will notice the other areas. Or you could get your camera out, shoot some content, and post to UA-cam consistently. But I understand everybody won’t put in the amount of work I do to add value to peoples lives..

Love the secluded atmosphere in Cedar Hill a lot of developments coming up. Very peaceful environment!
Excellent video & presentation! This video has very detailed presentation!
What about Haslet? Thoughts
Your videos are very informative! What do you think about the Hurst-Euless-Bedford area?
It’s a cool area. Gonna be Ler properties, not as much new construction. Homes will need updating. Good schools and pretty safe area

Stay away from Forney. It grew up fast and crazy.

Did it have a good amount of land as well?
@DallasRelocationGuide Not much at all. It was a new build.
The weird thing is that they raised the price even higher after we backed out to almost another 50k.
Keep doing your thing bro! I’m in Frisco and can say you can’t go wrong!
Excellent Information!
Thanks bro!
Thank you for the info. Would love an up to date video like this for suburbs south of Dallas.

@shadstradamus what about Grand prairie?

We have a video in the works that explains all of those areas! Stay Tuned.

Yea I know what you mean. It's a HUGE area. And Frisco is definitely gonna change the name from DFW

Informative!!!!
I think Garland is on its way up. Basically touches every town you named and proximity to the city. They’re laying the foundation for a bright future
I’m so curious about Red Oak, Glenn Heights, Mansfield etc.
We haven't quite made it down to Red Oak and Glenn Heights. But check out this Vid on Mansfield - ua-cam.com/video/qm2g3_LFTG4/v-deo.html
I been thinking about Mansfield too but was informed it’s not the most welcoming
@@raysaraye6063 oh interesting
@ yeah, that’s what I said but I’m hoping that’s false information. I plan to visit next year early next year to see what’s best for my family

Remember you get what uou pay for. Pay attention to your surroundings and when you have low income you have a lot of crime. Just saying.
Having the word "SUBURBS" overlayed on an image of the Fort Worth skyline isn't a good idea.
What would you have done?
@DallasRelocationGuide
Put an *actual* suburb on the screen...
