@@wernercollins1319 he’s stated in other videos that you want the machine at the lowest setting but still getting good rotation and spin. It is a feel thing. You can feel and hear the machine The more you do it the more you will get it. Go get a hood or door from a junk yard and practice.

There is no one setting. Plus this have a variable regulator. There are no numbers on the side.
