Watch me ramble on about nonsense for 43 minutes and 15 seconds whilst slowly losing grip of my mental state.
For reassurance, i have listened to a great deal of really helpful feedback from Episode 1. Unfortunately this episode was pretty much complete by the time i had a chance to go through it all, however in Episode 3 i will have made some more changes and be addressing some of the constructive feedback, thank you everyone for your support, the response from my first video was overwhelming and i could have never expected such a great response!

I dont think this has been mentioned yet, but you can buy a bucket of compost from the gnome by the farming patch then empty it for a bucket. Use the bucket on the sink in one of the houses for a bucket of water

You have 2 nasty 99s right next to you - Farming and Construction. I think everyone would understand making 99 Farming not a requirement because it is just time-gated (and even more so with barely any patches). You could then still go for other 99s?

Yeah I'm going to discuss this in the next video because I got a lot of heat for saying I'm only considering 99s at the moment haha! But I think this sounds like a fair balance!
@@OrdoOSRS The goal of this should be to have fun with it. Pick a rule set and stick with it, but do what you enjoy. There are other extreme chunkers that dont do 99s.
I know I am 4 months behind, but maybe lock the farming 99 grind until you have at least one big farming patch and two smaller?
I saw that you will speak about it in the next video and this is also 4 months behind so you probably already have thought through how you wanna do with it
Grinding for a staff from beginners could save you a huge portion of your pickpocketing grind.

Why don't you train magic on men and women and see if you get lucky on the way? Beginners give 1-3 loot rolls, it's 1/11 for any staff and with an average of 2 loot rolls it's more like 1/5,5 per casket.
on the bright side, the bird-slaughter background sounds do make for much more intense thieving content

Fewest casts would be using Fire Bolt.
With no staff the best spell for gp/exp is Curse and it will take 1.19 times more casts than Fire Bolt.
With a fire staff the best spell for gp/exp is Fire Strike and it will take 1.769 times more casts than Fire Bolt. This will take 71.1% of the gold as casting Curse without a staff.
With a water staff the best spell for gp/exp is Curse and it will take 1.19 times more casts than Fire Bolt. This will take 65.2% of the gold as casting Curse without a staff.
With a air staff the best spell for gp/exp is Wind Strike and it will take 4.6 times more casts than Fire Bolt. This will take 50.4% of the gold as casting Curse without a staff.
With a earth staff the best spell for gp/exp is Curse and it will take 1.19 times more casts than Fire Bolt. This will take 47.8% of the gold as casting Curse without a staff.

In case no one has told you, once you hit 51+ magic, fishing evil bob random has a 50% chance to award magic xp rather than fishing - this seems useful for you, so when going back and forth between pickpocketing and magic maybe leave yourself on 51.

Beginner clues can be completed in 1 to 3 steps not just 3 steps so your math is drastically higher than it actually is and i think easy clues are the same
It's true they can be completed in 1 to 3 but it's only a 10% chance to complete in 1 and a 45% chance to be completed in 2, so to be safe I will collect all 3 :). They're a 1/90 drop and only 1 of the 32 clues can be completed so 2880 per doable clue step on drop rate, X3 for all 3 steps is 8640 kills. That's only for a 1/11 chance for a staff as well so if I was get a staff without being spooned it would be 95040 on drop rate from beginners :(. Easys are 2-4 steps and there's hundreds of possible clues with only 4 doable steps unfortunately :(. Here's hoping I get spooned! Haha

This thieving grind will be great for when you gotta do rogue's den for the shortcut, most likely will get draynor unlocked before then so you can train agi too.
enjoying this area for sure! I think those goblins have some drops that might be relevant. Some runes + an axe for woodcutting
unfortunately these gobins are on drop table 1 so no axe, i would love that. youre right though they do have some useful runes :)
Enjoyed the first 2 episodes - reminds me of FrayRS (Canifis Chunk) a lot which is a good thing :) - I didn't enjoy the random Kree noises in the background though haha, mix up the music tracks a bit more to cover the silence, something like Epidemic Sound is a so good for YT'ers :)

Earth Strike tends to be the most cost efficient spell for exp

It's probably worth thinking about what you want to do with the Maze random event
You can use the formula on the wiki to estimate how many chaos runes you might get at the center (about 60, I reckon)
Or you could run to the nearest chest and open it repeatedly over the course of an hour for a couple hundred of each elemental rune.
You'd have to run the numbers on whether the elemental runes or chaos runes would provide more xp.
yeah the maze random would be super helpful right now! but i still havent had a single one yet :(
Unless you're splashing wind strike, its better you cast the highest dmg spell since the rune cost in gp is the same and you guarantee more xp from less splashing and higher lvl spell
I think keep the skillcape rule but maybe adjust the xp threshold for a primary skilling method and change farming so its seen as a passive skill requirement not something which stops you rolling or you can easily get ended.
Your first thought about thieving made me think about having unlimited money, but I have to always pay cash and only by pulling out £3 at a time 😂 I hope that car dealership has a good amount of time on their hands.

I'll echo that most people seem to dislike their recorded voice, likely because the sound dynamics are different inside your head than outside, so the pitch etc. can change. I was specifically feeling a bit icky over how deep my voice sounded in recordings, but I later found out the reason for that was actually me being trans lol

Care with lamping hunter. Depending on how extreme as soon as you unlock a wheat field you'll have to go straight to dragon imps if you have the level for babies. Not the worst grind but I don't think Limpwurt was the biggest fan of it :P

Your voice is fine, I think most people find their own voices to be off when they listen to them back just because it sounds different to what they are used to. For the magic you can filter your spells so that you dont have such small buttons to deal with at the very least.

Definitely worth getting 15: hunter 1 level before puro puro , and if you ever need it you can get it , but hunter is also like 200 hours grind with puro puro
You don't have an annoying voice. Making music is a similar thing, most musicians hate listening to their own music played back, especially vocalists.
I wonder if Jagex will ever consider making rats catchable so you can train hunter in most regions. That would be cool

Maybe buy all the runes you can, then re-cal after using them all for a more accurate gp estimate
brother you should take that melee gear off while casting magic spells! helps with the accuracy! and if you can't get a staff at least maybe try to get an iron dagger from the thief, gives you a slight magic bonus!

Hardest challenge would be Ultimate Hardcore Ironman... and one chunk...but you have to max out every skill in that chunk.

I'd recommend you level up magic with curse spells or earth strike, and finish off monsters with lower level spells like you were doing with seagulls. Also its probablybest to remove your armour when casting for greater magic accuracy.

I'm late but your voice is fine IMO. It's normal to hate your own voice on recording, because we normally hear our voices doubled-up with extra bass on the "original" (bone/flesh conduction of sound to the ears) - plus a super short delay on the copy ('cause it has to come out of your mouth, go through the air, back into your ears). Hearing just the copy is bound to be a little unnerving.
Personally, it's more the mannerisms/vocal tics that some people have (uptalk, vocal fry, saying "like" way too much) that turn me off quick. You've got none of those!
Also late, but for manual casting, you can use resizeable-modern mode and move the inv/spellbook panel right overtop the enemy, then alternate between spellbook shortcut key and click. Or bind a key to click so your mouse never moves. But for some people, giving up classic interface is too much for the efficiency gains :P

If only pickpocketing you'd get around level 67 thieving
Guessing 60-65 thieving at the end of the chunk unless you use another money method instead.
None of this accounts for money spent on food but you'll take about 12k damage over the course of this grind.
Even if you only bought sardines (less world hops, 10x the cost) it would only take 30k to heal that all, without accounting for passive health regen.

You might look at sardines from the fishing shop instead of the raw meat and raw chicken for food.
Yeah a couple of people have suggested this and it's a good point, but they're 10x the price for only 10xp more each time :( I need all my cash for runes at the moment. But if I finish the magic without hitting the cooking goal then I'll definitely focus on that 😁

@@OrdoOSRS will do. Your disappointment of getting an egg from an imp really shows the different perspectives of chunk challenges. I needed an egg from an imp for one of my tasks killed over 100 imps and got every drop multiple times first and then finally got the egg. Now it's just woodcutting willows until 60

You seem to spend soooo much time explaining what you’re doing or want to do etc…it makes it a tad boring to watch so I’d would advise continue grinding what your doing while explaining what your doing. how us fire strike waste?just get ur account into pvp worlds and use higher level account with good hp and food to train magic.there are plenty safe aeras in upstairs
Can’t get xp in pvp on an iron
Although its the most powerful, its exp/gp ratio is too expensive. theres a balance between a longer magic grind or longer pick pocketing grind, but youre right, it would technically be quicker if i didnt have to raise the money.
how about luring goblins in ur chunk or get friends/volunteers dragon spearing goblins into ur chunk using special attacks?giblin drop some decent runes like body runes etc
