Fullmetal alchemist is a masterpiece
I need the journey of two Brothers trying to get their bodies. Because they were trying to bring back the mother and finding out that they had to deal with the homunculus and you know also with the series with the political applications.
Truly the series had great characters and definitely a great backstory to a lot of the characters that are introduced in the series it was just well-built well flushed out really an amazing series that truly it stands and test the time even years after it's completely finished.
From January this edition will be released in Poland. But we will also have softcover variant with transparent dust jacket (character on a cover and text logo etc on dust jacket) to choose so you can get yourself hard cover or soft up to you :) I'm getting hard one :D
Didn't even start watching yet and I wanna be first to say it's awesome your doing a manga review. Just like comics manga has incredible stories and character journeys. I've watched this anime and it was awesome. Gonna have to read the manga now. I'm currently reading hells paradise. It's so good. Also mha, dbs, and mashlee.
I was a bigger fan of manga than comics growing up, and now that they’re making such nice hardcover editions the stars have all aligned and I can justify buying them again! Can’t wait to see what else comes out in the future
Amazing series just completed it a month ago. Can't wait to watch FMA: Brotherhood now.
I bought the boxset a long time ago but the hardcovers are soo sick!!
Its an achievement to collect these hardcovers- they were released 3 months apart which for an 18 issue collection isn't easy.

What are your thoughts on FMA vs FMA: Brotherhood anime series since you've finished reading the manga?
They're both great. FMA starts very loyal to the book but part of the way through, the TV series got to the point where the books weren't written yet so it goes off on a very big tangent.
Brotherhood starts off very rushed but same animators and sticks to the manga. Really satisfying to see it translated well
What do you mean it's not for kids? It was a shounen when it first released ( for kids ).
I've watched the anime years ago. I understand there's a new one called Brotherhood, but I don't quite understand, is it the same story?
The Brotherhood anime follows the manga almost panel for panel. The original Fullmetal Alchemist show was done while the manga was ongoing, so they veered off in their own direction and didn’t follow Arakawa’s vision
