Several State Parks near Austin, north of Austin about 30 miles is the Hamilton Pool (although while writing this Hamilton Pool may be a county park not a state park, but it is amazing. Then there is also the Longhorn Cavern State Park about 90 miles north of Austin. Waterfalls are awesome. I heard once that we are attracted to waterfalls due to the positive ions created from the water falling. Don't know if its true, but is what I heard. Great video. Safe Travels!! 🍻 Sean
We did not fish so we aren’t entirely sure. The falls areas would be hard fishing because there are so many people. We hear onion and Williamson creek is where most fishing takes place. Good luck 👍

Lower falls was definitely a lot better! There were a lot of people swimming and the accessibility was much easier.
